Well I’m surprised that someone as researched as yourself swifty hadn’t realised or read about GE prior to diving into this stock in March as their woes statted not long after 9/11and have been well documented ever since. Their ceo resigned on June 2017 and the stock actually rose. I actually met Jeff at Tarrytown during a six sigma rally back in early 2000. He turned up to a conference in a chopper. Gone are those days. Is the business now turning round or back on its feet. He has high hopes for power in Africa so perhaps they have as much need for kibo as kibo does for GE.

Re the SML not being issued boff. I’ve no idea but it’s all three that are in the same boat so can’t see it being kibo related. If it was due to the tender and that was the reason discussed at cabinet then what’s holding the other two up? More likely they can’t read the proposals by candle light. That’s why I rely on newspaper articles as they often have a helpful picture. If all you can see is delays and that nothing is likely (less than 50/50) then move on. Boff he hasn’t said he is looking for new partners to replace Sepco but there are others interested. Sepco are not holding all the cards as their epc contracts are worthless without kibo.
