I would have thought the full Mining rights for MCIPP would be significant and that surely is due before late spring. I am also interested to see what comes of the MED due diligence (MED has until 31 January 2019 to complete its due diligence on the first 5.3MW, 11 KVA site and until 15 February 2019 on the other two sites)

Oh and any outcome from continued conversations with SEPCO / alternative funding.

Any of the above could IMO come sooner rather than later and I suspect a few others today have concluded likewise and taken an opportunity to buy at a low level. Time will tell.

Have to agree with Drax there is no way the TG Govt would have a position on the Board. Its a major conflict of interest. I understand the rules about greater TZ involvement but unless its nationalised they Govt isnt going to be on the Board.

I am sure there will be people that bale out on the first rise. IMO that would be misguided unless its a spike based on rumour. SML / PPA / Bots ML / partner funding / MAST revenue should kick start a sustained rise. Just because the starting point is a little lower doesn't mean the end point will be any lower.

Each to their own I am sure some have had their cash tied up here too long and cant wait to get out.

Yes shortly before or after I remember ..... I dont dispute the coincidences and can see how you could draw that conclusion BUT if LC / KIBO know that the SML would be delayed due to the tender process would they not be obliged to inform the market or can they get round it because the SML was always tied into the previous MOU / PPA process? Perhaps the Govt officials are also drawing their own conclusions in light of anything definite and assuming its linked and therefore not submitting it. As for the other two being recommended on the same day and stuck at the same point perhaps that too is coincidental.

Anyway it ain't going to come any quicker or slower whether we agree or not but it fills a Friday morning.

Also there would be no reason to withold this information from KIBO or the market. Why would KIBO continue to push for its acceptance if they knew the two were linked.

Then why apply for it in the first place until the PPA was agreed

Exactly my point peaks sml is not bound up in any tender process so it would be safe to assume they are being held up or just not being put forward for the same reason,

Sonic what’s your view on why peaks sml has not been approved. They were equally confident of getting there’s before Christmas.

I don’t think anyone is hiding from the fact that progres in TG is painfully slow and at times muddled and beset by conflicting ideas / pet priorities. On the surface they appear to be doing the right thing in trying to change but change isn’t easy. You cannot dispute the fact that there is a pressing need for electricity and demand for coal. We may have been a lot further down the path if the old regime had stayed in power (govt and / or process) but faced challenges in executing without the back up of bots or Moz. If you have little faith in the TG or establishment ever getting tound to granting an sml or PPA you have to welcome the 2 equivalent opportunities we have created in Moz and bots off the back of mcpp.

You really ought to do as you tell others and stick the facts He has not said publically in an RNS that Sepco is no biggie or others willing to dive in. I suggest you read the exact wording the reiterated the relationship but gives kibo rights to talk to other interested parties. What money have we blown on other projects? Trying to keep up and listening and looking for some logic in your position to further my limited education. But not found any yet. Come to investor event and tell LC what you think to his face. Then tell him despite your complete lack of faith in him, your belief that the TG doesn’t want electricity and we’ve wasted money on mots and bots ( how much by the way) you decided to buy some shares.
