Not so sure supertag. I took a few last week and was questioned by colleagues as being a little mad. I don’t think many LTH have been rushing to add seeking more clarity on the TANESCO decision before committing more. At these levels with the two other projects plus MAST I reckon some see it as a good entry point.

Not a question of winning or losing. Neither kibo or r have met the qualification criteria for the next phase.

Is it the closed tender section. Or was the other day.

It never fails to amaze me how people fail to heed their own advice and shake their heads when others don't.

If it ceases to trade your one share will be worthless full stop but suspect you'll hardly notice the pinch. There are many that have a lot more tied up in this that are feeling it today.

That's subjective and a fair point. How much does this reflect on KIBO's credibility as opposed to TG? Depends on the reasons they haven't qualified. Surely a funder looks as much at the company as to the project / country it sits in.

Just a thought. If the TG has abandoned coal in its energy mix they surely would have withdrawn the tender not sent letters to EDL / KIBO stating they hadn't met the criteria. This tender process is supposed to improve transparency.

That's not the news we wanted. What a shambles. I'll wait to see if we get any clarification as to why before making judgement. Reinforces the point that it would have been folly to focus on MCPP and not diversify. I wonder how SEPCO feel .... they cant introduce an above board tender process and then just 'give it' to the Chinese. Boff at least has backed his convictions and sold out. I don't t like to see anyone lose money.

The ‘blatant rampers’ as you call them are no more blatant than those who appear to be talking this down. Stop trying to claim the moral high ground. As for the sp falling without news well I would have to agree that’s a likely outcome as with any share on aim.

I take it as a good sign and a sign of faith in the Board that a key shareholder has increased their stake. The very people you feel should be banging on the ‘clowns’ door clearly have a different view and know more about the African coal / energy market than you do.

I’m sure it’s a lse site issue. They haven’t yet managed to get the July 3rd RNS listed. I suspect stuff is just missing!
