I was very into the technology. Glad to see AH takeover as I spent years arguing with management over technology and automation. Unfortunately Capita did not have the spare cash at the time. It’s all starting to come together!

Spot on about speech recognition. Early attempts at health applications were based on word spotting.

As applications moved to triage, strings of words were linked to provide context and scored.

These changes allowed callers to migrate to different priorities i.e. moved within queue!

AI has been on the go for some time Edinburgh University was one of the very early players. Professor Jack was a leading consultant in this area in-the noughties!

What is special in AI is the decision making process based on Neural technologies!

Add the two bits together thats where we are today!

Apart from Pensions don't know of any other financial service that Capita are currently invested in. They used to do collections and mortgage services, but exited those services!

The expectation has been set at 2-3 year to allow them to over achieve.

You have to get in the mindset of AH!

He was working to the very last day at Amazon!

I am not a member of the Capita Fan Club, I have critiqued Capita management before. However as a retired member of staff having worked in IT in many companies I have a better understanding than most what will work.

Capita is on the right road and yes a few more changes are needed. My expectations in the short term is that that Capita will match Serco on Valuation and exceed that valuation.

I know both companies well.

I invest in what and who I know.

I have other investments but do not talk about them here!

Capita is not doomed, the future is bright and a sound investment going forward. I understand that you would like a slice of the pie. The only problem is that you do not want to pay the going rate. Hence the deceit hoping to force the price down.

So quite simply if you can’t afford it buy something else instead.

Capitas revenue has declined as parts of the business is exited or sold off this has been document and detailed.

Revenue and Margin has improved on existing and new contracts. Again this has been well defined.

As Capita is changing direction there are costs and migrations in process. Some of these are large projects.

I don't understand why you are so confused, i know you are old and a bit doddery! Have you checked your medication. I would seek some medical advise!

Margin is based as a percentage of Revenue.

Revenue is very important as the value on Capita Contracts tends to be big numbers. The thing about AI is the startup costs. Reducing revenue would reduce the number of contracts which puts pressure on the business. Revenue streams will scale as will margin going forward. There is a plan in place to grow the business Capita has shrunk enough its time to re-invent and grow the business!

The NHS is one of the most inefficient organisation in the world. There are certain pockets of brilliance within parts of the NHS but by an far the vast majority of the management are out if their depths.

Is there an easy solution to the problem No! Will it cost a lot of money! Yes you better believe it.

I am restricted in what I can talk about! However the NHS has beed starved of money for years! The setup of NHS trusts was a complete disaster!

We can only start and fix the worst problems one by one!

There is always debt for every company in the Stock exchange based on.

* Leases (Building and Assets)

* Contract assets

Some of these assets are Tax deductible.

Its the other debt that will be paid off what I refer to as the loadstone debt! This is the debt thats reduces dividends!

Capita has also reduced property leases which is ongoing!

We are close to the position where when operational costs are reduced the FCF will take off. We are almost there! I expect that to be announced in this financial year.

At this point the share price will take off!

Each to his own, at least they are in profit. It will have a bit to go until I break even. However if it matches Serco I would think I would be in front. Its a marathon, and it depends on the strategy i.e. Tortoise versus Hare. I have my timelines they have theirs. Lets hope we both win!

For me to win I don't expect others to fail!

Thats why I won’t sell until I reach my target.

I have watched this Gov steal the fuel allowance of pensioners to give doctors a 22% pay-rise. They have now given train drivers a huge pay-rise!

What is bad for the UK is bad for Capita for the following reasons

It restricts our options for AI development

We lose out on home grown talent

We have important and pay talent to come here

We lose our ability to add to our revenue streams

Remember. in the states when certain companies took over seed production read the history!

This is the equivalent of sending our arms to the Russians with an agreement that they will help us if we need them!

This is a very bad decision. Uni’s don’t sell services the educate the next generation of workers. This will lead to a big loss of trained specialists. UoE has an excellent reputation even going back to the eighties. This is sabotage of the worst degree by the Labour Gov.
