As this is an open forum there are no restrictions who joins the CPI section hence the good the bad and the ugly.

I would say that a lot of the members hold decent investments in Capita, hence the fact that the bad and the ugly sit among us.

Something is on the go hence the desperation of some of the players.As the market is generally quiet small changes can cause large effects. (Lever effect).

It would make sense to keep our powder dry restrict any information getting into the wrong hands, and keep them guessing!

With low trades the pressure on Cube to sell and crystallise a loss., will increase!

Come the end of the month when the market returns things will change.

That term will apply to experience contracts only.

Its not unusual to use third parties. Capita does this already, the customers are aware! Siemens, BT, Vodafone, Atos, CGI, already do this!

There are a few very old contracts with low margins that are being looked at to automate services. They are looking at improving the numbers. These are projects that cannot be sold or walked away from. They should be in the financial reports. Probably part of the legacy businesses.

Totally agree I have a very low idiot threshold, and have various people in the Greenlane. I tend to invest in what I know. Always interested in others opinions and other viewpoints.

That is a specialist subject, and is very complex, Some languages such as Asian are Tonal based on how words are pronounced!

AI was actually based on Speech recognition foundations.

How ever it is very complex, Hospitals are looking for a doctors dictation service to write up doctors notes.

Far to complex to deliver at the moment. The reason is the size of the dictionary required.

Speech recognition works on specific applications where you can reduce the size of the dictionary ( Grammar's Required)

translation or Dictation Applications are very complex and a ling way off at the moment.

Interactive Voice Response IVR tend to use directed dialogue to reduce the size of the grammars used.

Ai works well when you can data mine you cannot data mine on speech applications effectively. Thats why Contact Centre agents are important!

Yip agree AI is powerful but expensive, Commercial Common Sense is the gameplay.

I have been saying for sometime that the old guard has to go there are a lot of hidden agenda’s.

I guess that AH is giving everyone an opportunity to prove themselves. We need to keep moving and communicating at the same-time. Tough job!

Understand the sentiment on AI it does consume a lot of processing power and energy but it can keep a tab on the hedge funds. The difficulty has always been the cost of doing so, and the time taken.

To make a real difference requires quantum computing, but them you know that I would say that anyway.

If you leave, retire, or redundant you have access to shares. No need to wait. Only problem is shares held one of the scheme companies. Takes 3 months to get your shares out. I took mine ias cash and the share price dropped. winner winner!! All tax free of course!

That is a fair point, however they have invested their career in the company, they know the inside track. Even if they did not want to invest their savings they could join the staff share save scheme. A token gesture! however if they have other uses for their money what are they doing at Capita!

Vesting date is preset! You can either pay the tax and keep the shares or sell some to pay the tax and keep the shares. Another option is to sell all the shares and take the cash.

AH chose to keep the shares! A wise decision? I think so!

Also notice that AH has chosen not to join the share save scheme.

Its clear that AH knows what he is doing and knows he needs to build confidence.

Some of the newer members of the BoD have impressive histories and you can see the effect of that within Capita. It is much more of what it should be, things can only get better!

I see a rise in the share price in August setting the stage for 2025.

No restriction on share ownership, and its true to say I have no problem with race, religion, or creed. I do have a problem with bullying behaviour though. The previous Governance process was brutal.

Yes Indeed Manpreet has been marking his own homework for too long! He was and still is responsible for the Governance process, which was very brutal in Capita. This has got easier since AH.

His first line were the enforces ensuring that JL’s wishes were carried out.

Things have to change!
