Your right As an out and out Techie I realise that I talk a different language to most people here. I should have included a technical debrief such as the one you have included.

People do not understand the changes that are taking place at Capita. Most of its competitors are nowhere in competition. This was something the techies at Capita were pushing for years held back by John and his management team. AH is the real deal a technical evangelist.

Remember the advert building the aircraft whilst it is flying!

Loss of revenue

The main loss of revenue stems from the exit of the network business. With the introduction of new network technologies such as SDWAN this is the right decision for Capita. MPLS as a technology migrating to SDWAN will leave other small suppliers such as Maintel, struggling to compete. SDWAN uses internet connections and unless you are tier 1/2 it is impossible to compete. With Cloud based services mainly migrating to SDWAN this was a no brainer devision. Thats why SWAN went to BT!

Look at the tech look at the direction of travel. Capita have it right.

Confirmed that staffing numbers down to 41k from 43k. Most of the current big wins were based on 2023 bids.

The introduction of the new Ai technology will improve margins on new contracts and new bids going forward.

Change in Governance process reducing time to bid and time to deploy (Speed up process)

Because AI technology is based on Standard range of products and services deployment is less complex and faster!

Once you have a standard set of service options you do not need complex governance process.

What this means is Capita can do more with less staff, Less cost and faster too!

At this rate in 18 months you will not recognise Capita!

Not quite sales, these are loss making contracts coming to end if term. These can be moved on from Capita to third parties and managed. Turning a loss into profit!

Closed data loop, Data patterns, Transactions, and individuals. Its a pity we don’t have a regulator with teeth!

Its all about patterns with AI you need several key data points

Who sold who bought , Quantity date time etc!

The code is actually quite old based on 80’s and 90’s technology where functions are linked to data!

The way to stop this to stop reporting small data transactions and start counting once you reach 1k you send a block entry!

I thing the whole trading system needs an overhaul.

Just not possible there is a dealing charge of. £5- £10 per sale plus 0.5% stamp duty

based on Capita share price and min costs smallest share sale would have to be around 30 shares.

The main difference was John was a bean counter, Adolfo is a technologist. Also John was a manager and Adolfo is a leader.

Thats why the CTO needs to go as well he has a dual role as CEO in Capita India! You cant mark your own homework!

I expect that change by March 2025!

Adolfo then needs to start replacing part of middle management (John’s old guard!)

I agree, I sense at least 1 possibly 2 good messages before Friday. The market seems to be stabilising. August is a quiet month so hopefully the share price will stabilise!
