When contacts are lost the revenue continues to the end of the contract. This can often be a year or so afterwards. The reason why you rarely see this with Capita is that their renewal rate is over 90%.

You are correct there may be no new revenue this year but there will be next year. The only difference is when add ons or changes apply! This would also apply on new contracts!

So the question is whats your point!

Spot on if you check the records he was in NI a few weeks ago! The office location in Newtownabbey is the control centre for the EA schools project! I know it doesn't say that but that is where the photos were taken.

There is the opportunity in NI for some large projects plus Capita operate on both sides of the border!

Yes Fujitsu solution was rip and replace. This could never work. Capita solution was a gentle migration. The existing solution can be updated. This will allow plans to migrate in about 2 years time. under a new tender. The problem was one of the software vendors got greedy thats why Capita had to pull their bid. This will take time to work around. Contract was worth around £50 M a year. So Capita's extension for 2 years will be under that. Thats why I did not set a figure but it will be high double digits around £100m Thats why AH was in NI Join the dots chaps!

Was waiting for this. Should be for two years as they will have to rerun tender process eventually. Contract is up next year. This will be a nice earner for this year. Just some upgrades needed to extend contract. Capita can deliver without any service disruption.
