Thats a more detailed explanation of how the service works. It is actually more complicated when you drill in but I am dure you know that. I tried to simply explain the solution because cabbage is not that bright. The main point is that the service is dependant upon other services which are not managed by Capita but are within the control of the CS.

I learnt a long time ago that a detailed explanation of the solution only leaves most people confused.
