Yes and no, if the Contact Centre does well Capita get some more money from the deal. However its not ground breaking, but would allow some payback to investor’s.

Very difficult customer to work with. Took 6 months to sign off an SLA. In the end they wanted changes they requested changed. I had to say to them sign-the current document or we walk away. The difficulty is that decisions are made by committee! No-one wanted to be responsible !
