Success is understanding the Business and customer requirements. This requires consultants with specialist knowledge!

The solution design is based on solution integrations (proven designs) giving value for money and savings based on Automation!

Jons view where based on the consultancy and design!

AH is different he wants to do consultancy, Design, Deploy, and Manage!

He has added points to the value chain!

There are very few companies with these skillsets that understand the following!

There are several big projects to kick off in 2025 these will have to be announced shortly. (Time it takes to procure) this will not generate any income this year but will in H2 2025.

There are always projects on the go and the last 3 months in the Capita business year are always busy! It just depends on what decisions the current Government makes!

None of these decisions are in the remit of Capita!

However AH has stated we are on schedule so at worst we will meet expectations. However maybe things will change with a good year in 2024 and a cracker in 2025!

Time to hold your breath until the big day at the end of the month!

Serco is a very different company. A marriage with Capita is not a good idea at all!

I am not knocking Serco but the mix would not be good at all there is very little to condolidate!

However they will pay well for someone to fix the problems!

Then they will claim the credit.

This will reduce the cost of public service, improve the service and reduce the headcount. Winning combination!

They want a second term the only way to do that is to change the UK!

Not off to a good start the best way to win a second term is shut up and improve the Public service and grow the economy! You cant do that without reducing costs!

Once you have your solutions in place you can cut and paste!

Salesforce also own Matsoft which is an automation and integration platform this is another plus for Capita!

Your thoughts are in line with mine, and is based on what AH has suggested. We won’t actually know until targets are set for next year! However my biggest fear is a bid for Capita now that all the hard work is done that someone will swoop in and buy the company for peanuts. When you look at the action of the MM’s is there any other reason for their actions!

Sooner or later good news will drop! ( Another contract win)

What happens next is anyones guess!

Slow and steady wins the race!

The over pessimistic attitude of market makers who never take a risk and often rig the markets to suit their own purposes! They have the share price where it is! They are hoping people will eventually sell at a low price.

For those suggesting it will take 2 years what are you calculations based on. No one knows what the targets for next year are!
