Contact centre technology is at a turning point.

in the early noughties technology to automate was expensive to deploy but reduced the staffing costs. As agent numbers reduced the queues got longer.

Costs were saved on applications by simplification

The slippery slope for the contact centre began. Ofcom that famous woke service lost its teeth!

AI gives us further opportunity to remove agents from contact centre! Things will get better then worse as cost cutting sets in again!

Some companies just don't care about customers.

Mobil companies are the worst followed by Utilities and Banks.

You have to tie them in knots to get them to do things!

Thats what I do!

Agree Jon dithered and promised to much!

Should have made changes to the management team, which was very woke and close to useless.

However we are in a different team, we have money to invest, we have a plan and by the end of the year, the changes should be complete!

Agree but common sense took over, of course they are going to win more contracts they do this every year. AH is hoping to keep the dialogue positive . A constant stream of positive news. It would not be sensible to release all the news at the one go! Keep the dialogue positive! That way the share price will climb. Next step is entry into the 250.

Investors are being educated in the new Capita and what services it will offer and how it will deliver. AH’s team is not complete yet. There are a few more pieces to be placed on the board . its a game of chess in slow motion!

Under Jon, there were too many managers! Most were good although there were a few wrong ones! CB to name one!

Got fed up arguing with management to make changes and automate! Got nowhere as they were afraid to make so many changes at once.

AH is better skilled in this area but the changes are huge going on in the background. He has managed this and changed the financials at the same time. That is amazing!

There will be more good news to come, and with luck some will fall on the correct side of Christmas!

This is going to be a cracker of a year!

AH is not a flashy presenter! That is not his style, he is open, honest , with the highest integrity. I think most of the investors would prefer that!

This made a big difference in the cost base. Based on the old contract Capita was loosing money. New contract is profitable, and a good reference site!

First of all Capita sent staff an email several months ago outlining what pay-rises would be given. Any changes to this would be discussed via discussions with your manager!

There is no way Capita management would send out an email before todays meeting!

Totally agree you only have to look at companies such as BT, Vodafone. The list is endless.

I would not invest in either of these companies, Greedy self serving management. Some of the decisions made at Vodafone defy logic . The complete structure of the current company guarantee that its recovery is going to be a long painful recovery!

Fair statement, However Xerox did not have a commercial offering, the meeting that Jobs attended was not a selling of products but of services and technology! Its unclear if money changed hands!

Saying that why didn’t Xerox do something with the technology? Such a pity!

I have very few MS devices at home

Happy with unix, linux, Mac os plus other more exotic systems

But as a retired techie I have worked with everything and most OS systems.

i started working with computers in the 70’s

the Benefit of CPI is that it it is a leader in multiple AI platforms, it is a leader in this area. Most solutions involve more than a single AI platform.

I will let that bit sink in!

NHS Digital

The NHS has to reform.

Too many layers of management (Overpaid)

It needs to revert to a medical delivery system, BMA has caused havoc looking after their own interests!

Digital access with centralised control over Staffing resources, stores and medicines. Get rid of every single trust!

Every citizen should be treated equally

Every patient should be treated with respect.

Labours second attempt at digitisation in the NHS!

I think it will work this time if they have a proper plan. The PCSE contract is up for renewal next year and AWS would work well for this! A good start to digitisation!

Technology is about to do some good! The NHS is desperate to digitise.
