There is a lot of CH4 in the air today at Chuckle Towers. Every room is filled with the allure of methane, produced by yours truly following on from my brunch which consisted of the following:
1 chopped cold baked potato
2 tomatoes
spinach and rocket
rice with kidney beans
2 green chillies
2 tins of sardines
3 spring onions
1 tin of chick peas
several mushrooms

If BM require the methodology on how to produce methane, I challenge them to try my Chuckle Energy recipe. The chance of success (COS) is 100%. It might add to their one molecule they have already discovered. I 'suppose' I better get back to consuming my iced coffee as JTF has stolen all of my cheap plonk...!!

Already on my second bottle of Galitos 2018 and at just over £2 a bottle, who can complain? Unlike Trellis, I cannot afford anything over a few quid these days. Living hand to mouth at the moment. Wage comes in and just pays off overdraft. Living the dream in the grotty bedsit above the chippy. One investor mentioned that fat people are lazy. I would have to disagree with that investor, because JTF ran down the stairs to place an order for spam fritters, chips and a couple of battered sausages for good measure a few minutes ago. Lazy people don't go out of their way to do that amount of exercise in one morning, let alone one day! I have personally given up with Parsons and the rest of them and their one molecule of gas. Anything is a bonus imo. Just want my money back with some profit. Parsons never said that the LE was going to be this miserable. I feel completely mis-managed, let down, depressed etc etc. All I can do is drown myself in a crate of cheap wine until the inevitable Enigas rns is delivered, followed by death spiral loans and further dilution. They might as well put us out of our misery. We have well and truly got their tickets. Hence why they have been removing the evidence. Disgraceful behaviour!

If it is good enough for Gordon, it is good enough for the Chuckle Brothers. Researching spam recipes is all we can do during the continued radio silence. The view from the bedsit above the chippy is still as dreary as it was a week ago......

Partridge, I said there are two parties. There are the sub 15p average crew and the 40-60p average crew. I expect the offer to be any where between 15p to 50p. This is the issue. Our proposed offer might fall in between the two averages. Like my CB, I am personally hoping for an offer close to £1. Time will tell, but I am not happy about the recent £3 million being raised without an in depth reason what and how that money is to be used, other than Sarah Dees stating that it was to strengthen our books. I think they need to tell us exactly what that raise was for? I definitely remember a figure of 50p a share being bounded about a couple of years ago as well as Crude's after meal discussion with JP about what he was going to do with 50 million etc. Can see why there has been some confusion regarding this matter. Time will tell.

It has been a bit of a Punch & Judy show on here this morning between my Chuckle Brother and a guy who likes to annoy fellow investors. I have been reviewing a number of previous youtube videos over the last few days (the ones which have not been removed) and believe that there are two outcomes for this company. Call it plan A and plan B, which is what the BOD have been referencing over the last year or so. My other concern is that there seems to be two types of investors. There are those with averages below 15p and then there are the trapped bulls at 40-60p. Marry the two scenarios together and we have a big problem folks! We have the Remoaners who want to exercise plan B and plod on with the Enigas Consortium approach with a new 4 well stab in the dark, versus the Leavers who want this wrapped up asap. It really boils down to what your sp average is I suppose...? It personally disturbs me that this talk of pause button and plan B etc is yet another smoke screen for the BOD to go long on this and dilute the pants of us. We have a CFO who claims that the BOD are looking out for the best interests of the investors and that they wish to return money to investors etc and on the other hand a CEO who is saying that if we don't get a decent price, we will look to implement plan B. The more this drags on, the more I think it is likely that they will implement plan B based on two reasons: Number 1, they won't find a buyer and even if they do, the offer price will be too low and Number 2, the proposed offer (if one exists), will be too low and voted against by the trapped bulls. JP will ultimately step down and then we will be left with JJ who is will be more than content with the new Enigas Consortium arrangement, which is already on his desk and ready to implement imo. If it is plan B, expect heavy dilution and a sp close to 5p or lower. It is for this reason alone that the current sp has stagnated. This one is for the bold and brave or the wreckless and foolish................you decide!!

To be honest, I am totally and utterly confused as to what is happening with my investment with this share. I had an average of 0.57 from memory and only put in £1250. Is there any chance I am ever going to get a return on my investment and if so, when...?

Maybe my call for an update from JP hasn't fallen upon deaf ears after all. At least BM has had the decency to give us a brief update without revealing the sensitive facts. That is all we ever wanted as investors of a public owned company. We respect the fact that they are going through a marketing process at the moment and obviously cannot divulge anything etc, but an update like today will settle the troops imo. Thank you Brian. I am sure we will get a positive result come LE. The tax free conditions and high price of gas is too much of a lure for even a small company to refuse the opportunity to develop these assets further. I don't know why Shell, Repsol or Schlumberger don't just snap it up and bathe in a tax free haven in the knowledge that they have a position in Morocco and a sizeable acreage to make lots and lots of cash. With the right tools, drills, exploration teams and budget, this imo, is a no brainer for any one of the aforementioned big players.

Think I would rather buy a Freddo thanks. JP has until 4:30pm tonight to deliver news before I personally give up all faith in him to deliver 'ALL' investors a decent return on their investments. I will leave the positivity to our head of positivity at Chuckle Energy, namely crudenohope. Got a day off work today and have a cold sausage in the fridge to munch on for breakfast, before going for a walk in my tattered shoes. As my Chuckle Brother said earlier on today, we do not have a decent pair of shoes in the Chuckle household. It looks like a scene out of a cheap Oliver Twist movie at Chuckle HQ. You know the bb has deteriorated when all you read about is lawns, Fat Cat Pubs, Wine, Ragwort, Menages and Weeds. Whatever happened to TCFs and LE...?

If Parsons delivers a half decent LE, there will be no red faces in the Chuckle household. If JP is the deal maker he professes to be, then there should be no surprises. The only time we have red faces, is when we are consuming vast amounts of Blue Nun, Chablis and spam fritters. At this rate, we will be holding our Trellis LE in Spain and by that time, Trellis will be on wife ocho. We will all be sipping bottles of Marques de Murietta Castillo Ygay Gran Reserva Especial at this rate....!!

And there we have it in a nut shell ladies and gents............OR NOT!!! I would have to say to JP, that the or not part of his paragraph is totally and utterly unacceptable and NOT an option imo. This is coming from a CEO who has been building up our LE over the last couple of years. When push comes to shove, it seems that this LE was merely a smoke screen to hide their lack of success at the drill bit. Like I said last week, JP will fall out of favour in the Chuckle household if he does not deliver by the end of next week. NOT is NOT an option. Get on the blower and sell this on to a super major and stop dragging this on any longer.

I agree with my brother. The radio silence can only mean one thing imo - they already know that they are going long and are content in sitting back in the knowledge that a half decent offer will not be presented to them. This is beginning to smell like rotten fish and I said that before FRR did the same with pi's hard earned investments. If we don't hear from the BOD by the beginning of August, fear the worst. The smell of rotten fish will replace the smell of spam fritters in the Chuckle bedsit imo. JP must deliver on his promise to pi's and deep down, he knows that. Time to sell the whole company and not a part of it. Nobody has the appetite to drag this out any longer imo. Return our investments with some profit and we can all move on. I personally would not want to put the current exploration team any where near the drill bit. This needs to be taken on by a team with the correct tools and seismic and deep pockets. Shell is my obvious choice and I am not sure on why they are delaying in scooping the acreage up for a cool billion dollars.

The Zanaga project is ratified in law by the Congolese Government. One cannot compare this to what is happening over at AAOG. The AAOG drills etc have been plagued with problems and delays, hence why AAOG is struggling at the moment. ZIOC is a very different proposition. AS AT eluded to in a recent interview in April of this year, we know exactly what we have. Billions of tonnes of high grade iron ore. Once the infrastructure is in place, the project will be like one giant hub in the local economy and can be fully funded through JV partnerships, all buying in to this immense project through logistics and transport etc. This is not your typical p&d AIM share. These projects take time, but as long as you are patient, keep loading up at these low levels and sit back and watch it all unfold. GLA.

Glad to hear that our Chief Wine Pourer, a.k.a. Trellis, was able to sow his Royal Oats last night. The BOD of Chuckle Energy will ensure that we keep our diaries blank on August 3rd when round 2 of Trellis Love Island will commence. Once you regain your strength Trellis, please get back to your wine pouring duties at HQ. These are #exciting times and we cannot waste another Saturday. May I also suggest that Wannabe Number 5 returns to her knife sharpening tasks as Chief Extraction Officer of Chuckle Energy (but not of gas).

Yes, it is definitely time to come out of hiding and face the troops imo. Another week of radio silence is becoming ominous imo. I thought this was supposed to be a public company and as a public company, surely, we have the right to hear an update / progress report on where they are with this supposed LE. Time for Parsons to put the steak dinner to one side and sell these assets asap.

Longwait - as chief exploration officer of Chuckle Energy, I can confirm that after careful consideration, we are holding a 'Sailing up the Mersey' Liquidity Event. There will be as many fritters, gherkins, chips etc as any one person can handle. We will even present each investor with a bag of deep fried haribo pick n mix sweets. Trellis will be in charge of the booze and Crudenohope will be in charge of entertainment. Dress code will be country casuals.

I have been accumulating tens of thousands of these shares over the last 2 years. Have never sold any of them either. This is a unique share on AIM and unlike anything else I have invested in. Nearly half of the shares in circulation are held by a handful of people - hence the huge swings. Like somebody said earlier, nobody ever sells, so can be hard to get your hands on when good news lands.

At this rate, the Chuckle Brothers will be able to put spam fritters back on their table again! Looks like there has been a leak Captain.
