Seems the old guard are handing their shares over to the new brigade who are buying in at these crazy low prices. Some of these old guard investors have been invested for up to 10 years and are watching the new brigade lap up shares sub 9p. The new breed who are arriving to the party are the ones who will see half decent returns as they are being propped up by the anchored investors who are sat at 35-60p. I waited for the inevitable duster at TE-10 before I made my move and called it right as far back as the end of last year. I will be topping up next week, once my wage hits my bank, so expect another Chuckle RNS TR-1. I am more than happy to carry on topping up at these levels. JP has never equated the day to day fluctuations in the sp to the real value of the acreage. Everyone knows that any slight sniff of good news, this will at least one bag from here. Shell or Repsol would be crazy not to snap this up imo. Eastern Morocco needs a team of experts, proper equipment and 3d seismic and Shell would unlock the potential, in addition to their neighbouring licences.

We are up to 7 brave confessors. Looking to make it to a dirty dozen at least. I am married to spam, so nobody to let down. My Chuckle Brother and I think that there should be a trophy presented to the baddest confessor in Sound. I am surprised BM hasn't thrown his name into the mix...!

I have always liked JJ and his no nonsense approach. One could tell by watching the Malcy interview, that he knows his stuff and facts and figures. Obviously, he was unable to divulge the in's and out's as to what is happening behind the scenes, but rest assured, things seem to be progressing very nicely indeed. Whoever takes these assets on to the next stage, I personally do not believe they are going to delay too long in their decisions. With the tax breaks, price of gas, the gas to power potential in place etc, this is all looking very attractive indeed. Sound have advanced these assets over the last 7 years and as JJ said, it is now time to pause and let the Developers finish the job off. JP has always maintained that Sound are an exploration company and not a development company with multiple rigs etc. Our balance sheets have never been set up to deal with large scale development projects. It is a credit to Sound that they have achieved some credible success along the way and I have every faith that whoever takes these assets on, will achieve further success. I still maintain that Shell or Repsol should take this on as they are downstream and would benefit from having upstream prospects to go for - certainly prospects that are more advanced than the ones they are currently identifying on neighbouring acreage. I am glad that I had the patience and foresight to hold back until the sp had reached sub 11p. I have bought in 3 times over the last couple of weeks and never thought for one minute that I would hold as many shares as I have today. At the same time, I appreciate that there are many pi's who have lost their golden tickets and now find themselves pretty much locked out of the LE. I am sure that there are many new investors in Sound, especially at these low prices and wish them all every success in the near future. It really is a great time to be invested in Sound. Very exciting times indeed.

The Chuckles agree with JoeCreed and see the Malcy & JJ interview as very positive. As a result, I purchased even more shares today and now hold a substantial number of shares. After all, I need to keep myself and JTF in spam for the foreseeable future. Malcy suggested that pi's will be pleasantly surprised. It will come as no surprise to the Chuckles when and not if JP delivers us dreams in the desert.

I agree with Sharestobuy. It would make more sense to sell the company as opposed to contingency payments. Let the big boys finish off the job properly. There is clearly a lot to go for on the acreage and it needs proper 3d seismic and a team of experts. 10 years tax free bonus will help the majors sign on the dotted line I'm sure. £1 per share is a steal imo. Am not buying in to the Sarah Dees comment that all execs are available on Tuesday morning at 8am line. This seems pre-planned to me. Am hoping for some sort of announcement, but I could be wrong. Just seems too exacting to state a FSC at a time when markets open. There is definitely something brewing in the background imo. Am sure time will tell this time next week.

I think folks are being a bit harsh on JP imo. Let JP have his say on Tues next week and judge him after that. The poor guy can't win at the moment. He gets shouted at when he doesn't deliver news and when he makes an attempt to converse with pi's, he gets cussed down even more. The timing of the FSC is very specific imo. Why do a FSC at 8am when the market is supposed to open. To me, that screams of a 7am suspension rns that morning, but I could be wrong. Just seems a little strange to hold a FSC at that time. I wouldn't want to be out of this share before Tuesday of next week. If he does suspend the share and I emphasise, 'IF' he suspends the share next Tuesday, how many of you will be wishing you invested this week, especially at these knock-down prices....?

I personally do not believe that JP would put forward a low offer to pi's. He is fully aware what our expectations are and what will get his vote based on whatever it is he plans to put our way. Anything less than £1 is not getting my vote. That should be the stance of every pi on here. Sound as a Pound LE would get a vote imo. It is neither bad or great btw, It is disaster recovery to enable us to all move on to JP's next venture and support him moving forward. I have never had an issue with JP and his ability to negotiate us all a good deal. My issues are with the Exploration Team and their inability to unlock the true potential on the acreage. They have identified numerous drill sites up to 22 tcf unrisked, but have produced duster after duster. I think the Gov't and King will want a major to take over, run 3d seismic and finish the job off properly imo. It makes perfect sense to me that Shell should be the experts to take this on and develop it to it's full potential. Schlumberger may have a stab at it, but I think Shell should throw their hat into the ring. Whether Repsol want a crack at it, only time will tell. £1 is not asking for too much for what is on offer imo. On another note, my advice to any new investor reading this bb, would be to ignore what the trapped bulls are saying. Most of them are anchored at 35-60p and are licking their wounds right now. They are the very same people who were singing the songs and praises of JP and BM 2 months ago. They verbally abused other investors who had a different opinion to theirs and they were blinkered in to thinking that they would be driving off into the sunset in their brand new Teslas. I would agree with the new investors on here, that at these levels, it is a no brainer. If the sp does go slightly lower, then top up, average down, buy in imo. The true worth of this company is not based on the sentiment of the current sp. I have every faith that JP will deliver a good deal and that deal may come a lot sooner than anyone could imagine. When this share gets suspended, how many investors are going to feel like they have missed out? True to my word, I have purchased a considerable amount of share over the last 2 weeks. I always maintained that I would be waiting at these levels and my patience has finally been rewarded. I stood up for what I believed in, ignored the abuse and waited patiently. As a result, I am very much looking forward to the LE and what unfolds between now and then. #patienceisavirtue

Whilst there appears to be a lot of negativity on the bb, Chuckle Energy plc are feeling enthused and extremely upbeat about the forthcoming asset sale'.

I for one am ignoring the doom and gloom posts on here today. I lost x thousands etc etc. What about those investors like myself, who called it right, suffered verbal abuse, were patient and invested at a decent price...? The very same people who are now talking this down are the same people who have been talking this up over the last several months. There are always two sides to any story and winners and losers in life. I am very much looking forward to JP securing us a good deal and at these levels, I can only see gains and not losses. #stickwiththewinners

Seems as though the sale of PB has been linked to the lack of interest shown by UK investors. Charming to say the least! Hence why I have always steered away from this share. Hard hat time me thinks. You were warned Gorillacramp. Now you might see why a number of investors had dire concerns a few months back.

Have been reading some of the posts on here over the bank holiday weekend and have to say that they are partly tinged with an air of impatience and frustration coupled with confusion and bewilderment. I have also spent time revisiting some of the recent Sound presentations and once again I witnessed impatience, frustration and anger. Can we all agree to leave JP alone for the time being and let him work his magic and negotiate the best deal for all of us. He has said on many occasions, that he will get there in the end. By pressing him for dates and sp figures pre LE, is not the way pi's should be conducting themselves at this crucial stage imo. If JP cannot get a worthwhile deal for us or indeed a GSA pre FID by the end of this year, then plan B will no doubt be played out which imo, will involve a small dividend and then contingency payments. Obviously, we are all hoping JP can secure a deal, but it is not as if he has not mentioned plan B in the past. I personally believe that Repsol or Shell will swallow this up by the end of this year as they are both on neighbouring licences and will not want any other major sniffing about under their noses. My preference would be Shell as JP's background is with Shell. Time will tell, but I am prepared for plan A and plan B.

Looking forward to the Sound as a Pound LE. The Chuckles believe it is going to happen and have every faith in JP. JP will be in his element negotiating a deal. JTF and myself are top salesman and we can relate to JP in that sense. His resolve and stubbornness will get us a deal and he will not accept a low ball offer imo. I have to say that one individual on here has very little faith - Jobbs. Carry on with your verbal attacks on everybody, because when the deal is done, you will be amongst the first in line to apologise for your behaviour and conduct on this bb.

Partridge is closer to the mark than most on this imo. Many investors are focussing on what their current sp average is as opposed to the 'real' value of the assets, acreage, data etc. If retail was willing to buy at just over £1 a few years ago, before Sound have increased their understanding of the basin and potential, then surely, £1 per share is not asking too much and as pi's, we should not accept any less than £1 per share. I have said before that JP can stand up in a crowded room with his head held up high with £1 per share as most people's averages will be a lot less than £1. It is the nature of exploration and JP will negotiate us a realistic deal. He won't be selling us on the cheap imo. I still maintain that the current sp range represents a tremendous opportunity for investors to average down or to buy in and wait for JP to negotiate a sale in due course. There seem to be a lot of investors who are anchored between 30-80p and many of these investors are not selling, so a 10p entry represents an excellent risk/reward prospect imo. I for one will be topping up next week after I get paid. I will be accumulating as many of these 'golden' tickets as possible, because at any time, that rns can land, announcing an offer and then suspension. That could come sooner rather than later if the right offer is presented to JP. I was delighted that the 2 Simons bought in yesterday - one purchasing slightly more shares than the other, but hey ho....this Simon will be adding more next week, in time for the GSA to land. JTF is demanding I make him some breakfast. Enjoying my 4 days of holiday and dreaming of a day when I can enjoy a caviar breakfast as opposed to a spam frittered one. Just bought in again at these bargain basement levels. I told everybody several weeks ago that I would wait for the inevitable non commercial rns and buy back in sub 11p. True to my word, that is exactly what I have done this morning. Next week, I will be buying even more. Looks like a few of us 'patient' investors and one of those who called it correctly, are going to enjoy a superb liquidity event. I am delighted that JP has appointed a Simon this morning. Shame he didn't appoint me back in January, when I called TE-10 non commercial. It would have saved him and pi's an awful amount of money and heat ache. #STZisonceagainasounder

Was expecting an apology last night from most of you who verbally abused me and called me all the names under the sun. I was one of the only investors who made money out of Sound this year and one of the only investors who maintained that TE-10 would be a duster. I haven't reinvested 'yet' as I believe the sp will settle a little lower than what it is at this morning. How quickly attitudes have changed on here. The very same people who were singing songs and praises about JP and BM are the very same people who are cussing at them. Mind you, I for one know how that feels. One investor actually delighted in the fact that my chuckle brother is showing a paper loss - well by the sounds of it, his paper loss is a lot lower than most of yours. My brother was also correct about the asset sale approach, but got cussed down. It seems that everything me and my bro warned people about has come true. It is just a shame that our advice was met with such poor conduct. Not one of you have had the decency to apologise to me or even reference me. You can read my past messages on what I felt about TE-10 to back up my statement if you like? I am glad I stood up to the abuse and bullying on here and am now going to make some breakfast to celebrate that I was right all along. Spam fritters it is I think. I am sure JTF will approve. Glad to hear that Trellis leaves hospital today. I hope wannabe number 5 has restocked his cellars. It seems some of you are buying in to this share purely based on JP and nothing else. I have said this many times over - if there is any gas in the ground, it would have been there many millions of years before JP was a scratch in his Daddy's pants. I myself, am waiting on the side lines for the inevitable non commercial rns. Those of you who are buying in at these levels will be the new trapped bulls when this goes back to 11p or lower in due course imo. That is where I will be waiting. Jez has finally surfaced now. You are talking about someone who has not delivered any results thus far. It is not a case of twisting anything or talking it down. There is nothing to twist or talk down as there has been nothing to boast about. Show us the results and then we can make our investment decisions.

Until I read an rns stating that what they have discovered is commercial and not 'likely' to be commercial, I remain totally unconvinced - especially off the back of 3 dusters. Any LTH of this share will know that fluffy candy floss rns's don't cut it anymore. Those of you who rushed in again this morning on the mere chance of commercial gas have made a hasty investment decision imo. I am waiting for the final rns on TE-10 and until then, not investing so much as 21p. Those of you who are looking for a quick LE any time soon may have to wait a little longer imo. Everything is pointing to them going long on this after being awarded an EIA. It wouldn't surprise me if they drill TE-11 and further drills on the licence next year. I don't think JP has received the offers he was hoping for imo.
