The current SP says it all. I get the impression we are all being left out to dry. We haven't even received an informal update or progress report about what has been going on over the last 3 to 4 months of radio silence. It is actually quite appalling imo. Just buying themselves as much time to slip out of the back door when the trough is empty and they have had no credible offers. There is no shadow of doubt in my mind that they are going long with heavy dilution in mind. What have they got to lose? Absolutely nothing. It is us investors who ultimately will lose out. At this moment in time, I hold out very little hope in this company. Of course, I would love to be proved wrong in my assumptions, but yet another week of radio silence says it all. Very disappointing and miserable. Just like the weather.

I had a dream that Sound went up 112% this morning before JTF rudely woke me up wit spam frittered breakfast. Still, nice to dream......................................!!

Now that the cat is out of the bag with NUOG, it wouldn't surprise me if we get our rns next week. Wouldn't want to be out of this when the news finally lands....

It definitely seems that progress in regards to infrastructure / route to market has advanced and the choice between Gabon and the new port is a step forward. At least they are looking at alternative options. I don't think it will be too long before we see some sort of financing deal with the Chinese banks. One or two paragraphs in the rns hinted on this. AT will be fully aware that something has to happen inside the next 12 months and like many of you, I can't see the Chinese sitting on their hands for another year. They will be as keen to get their hands on this huge resource before anybody else starts sniffing around. We should learn more by end of year and news can drop any time between tomorrow and the end of the year technically speaking. GLA.

Yes, I noticed the 3rd Sept blunder. Goes to show he must have been planning this weeks ago. How is he even allowed to do a placing in the first place, as I was under the impression that he needed our consent first? I have an average of 0.80p and have lost 2k on this crock of ....! Ever since I bought in, GR has been bleeding me dry. Disgrace!

Clearly nothing has been done since the BOD started their radio silence. Same old same and what is more concerning, is that we now 'expect' to conclude the marketing process by the end of year comment as opposed to we 'will' conclude the marketing process by end of year. I 'expect' to make money out of my investment in this share, but whether I 'will', is another matter. Very disappointing rns imo. Time for heads to role as I cannot justify paying this BOD a single penny more.

I am equally delighted to learn of Chip & Putts appointment on to the Board at Chuckle. I hope he is aware that extraction and execution are two very different roles as we would not want wannabe number 5 to feel like there is any duplication of roles!

Thanks for your reply Crude. When you spoke with JP the other day and he said to you that we are marketing eastern Morocco. He made no mention of us potentially trying to sell the whole company, yet at previous Sound events, he has linked the two when referencing the LE. Based on his reply to you, it seems to me that nobody is interested in anything other than our Eastern Morocco asset, which means that there will undoubtedly be some sort of raise / dilution if we do get a buyer of our Eastern Morocco asset as the almost 30 million dollar debt is sat within the Sidi part of the business. As you know, the sale of our 'assets' can be vetoed by the MG. If they don't approve of any offer put to us for Eastern Morocco, then where do you see Sound Energy in 18 months time? Answers on a back of a postcard please.

Crude - you said you might consider becoming a Shorter. The big question on everybody's lips is, 'Are you going to short Sound'? It will be like watching the puppy biting it's master's leg. Have you heard something that would suggest the sp is going to get hammered when the eventual 'going long' rns lands?

Indeep71 - translated message below should read...'My average is 35-40p so we have to go long to ensure that I get my money back'. As I predicted, there are those trapped with averages above 40p and those waiting to cash in sub 15p. Let's hope that there are more at sub 15p than plus 40p!
