RE: Question10 Nov 2019 10:10
I agree with Trellis about his conspiracy theory although in time, it is likely imo that this is how things will go. This has got going private written all over it. It allows for even more radio silence and the ability for individuals to exit. As investors, we are sold a dream of further exploration etc and then we wake up one morning to be told that we are being delisted and have no control. This is beginning to stink. I am glad we are one by one waking up to what this deal actually means. There must have been at least one company who offered us cash for our assets, which would have been accepted by most of us no doubt. Instead, we are told that there is upside in drilling and that the deal when finalised is going to benefit investors. I don't believe it and do not trust a CEO who is unable to talk to his investors because the 'BOD' have agreed not to. Should that be whoever the new company is that have told the BOD to keep quiet. One can see the control already being handed over to the new company. They are clearly giving instruction to us to remain quiet imo and of course, we have obliged. All this after we were told that we would have a deal by the end of the year and that all this would be wrapped up and voted on etc. I just hope and pray that a counter offer is made between now and Feb and that we are offered cash. This would be in the interests of most of us so that we can at least salvage something.
