I am curious how you think Ethanol has a limited future in China as from my understanding it is only just beginning to become mandatory around the world and while countries may be moving to electric 99% of the worlds cars will be diesel or petrol for a very long time to come. Electric cars are simply far too expensive and countries entirely lack the infrastructure to support more than a handful. i should know as i leased one for a while and it was a real mess in London, let alone anywhere else. I agree with everything else you say. I share you frustration and it is firmly with the BOD, who for whatever reason choose to frustrate and keep investors in the dark. Weird that we now thank RB for his tweet as that is the only news the company has released in the last 6 months and even the interims said nothing more than the black and white numbers with no real update. It is sad as the BOD must understand that engaging with investors and shareholders would grow the market cap of the company and improve staff morale as surely no one wants to work for a company where their efforts are not rewarded in the staff share awards.

Will the results be released on the 24th as i understood the 24th was the meeting to discuss the results and decide if a maiden dividend will be issued and the results would come out some day after this? What is your expectation?

I would just add that the £70k after hours was a buy. At no point today could you sell £70k of shares at 2.1. There was not even a buy at this price and clearly to buy this quantity they needed to pay above the Ask. anyway just wanted to clear that up but over last few weeks we have seen around around 20m+ buys after hours to someone building a position but doing so without raising the price greatly. Hopefully you have kept hold of your 10m? Could be a Hawiah or TK RNS this week. I have a suspicion TK will be next week though if im honest but a Hawiah RNS tomorrow or wednesday would be perfect timing.

There has been a sneaky baackground buyer and another £70k in the pot. Someone might know a little more than us :)

Great to clear this lot today. I did wonder why we had not risen to 2.5 and onwards but this indigestion would explain it. Looking forward to great momentum as we lag Frankfurt who have set the pace so far.

My thinking has always been that Calibre have tried badly along with others to buy Condor cheaply but JM is a billionaire and been invested for a long-time and he wants to see a good return on his investment. Therefore his 20% blocks anyone and Condor are well funded today and with his backing can take this all the way. That is a very strong message and MC is executing the plan. I think Calibre definitely know there is no cheap deal now and they have Majestic with a toe in at 50p a share. The only way for Calibre to now win back Condor hearts and minds is through a toll deal as it is their own card left to play. We know MC has a bonus pot for a share price over £1.50 so for me that has always been the starting gun. if Calibre sign the toll then we move towards that £1.50 zone and with Rio assistance there is a chance of a deal and Condor will be in play. if we get to £1.20 then you might get a low ball offer from Calibre for £1.50+. However Calibre will have lost a lot of good faith probably and there are now much more interest in Nicaragua so Calibre have everything now o lose as MC is just cracking on to first pour and within 2-3 years Condor could be an equal of Calibre in market cap and Calibre know it.

I am half expecting a second wind of buying this afternoon as more of this news starts to sink in and the wider market take advantage of the low price as the order pipeline shows an incredible growth trajectory and not even got started with most of the partnerships.

What makes you think China might not support domestic Ethanol production? The recent buying of more Ethanol in last month is worth more than the whole of 2020 tells a story of stockpiling on likely mandating of E10 for the whole country and getting that back on track. China appear to have backtracked on coal upgrade but Ethanol looks easy pickings for China to show some leadership globally while dropping the ball elsewhere. China are not normally keen to be reliant on the US for anything they can produce domestically. We will see but RB tweet was only news we got as shareholders to tell us all it is well and on track as per the IPO so that was key. Also someone knows something as share price doubled last month albeit at a market cap that was 70% below the IPO price and 80% below the high of 1.38 on the first trading day. Got to believe we will get back to the IPO price for BOD to save face.

While they had a 1 hour headstart i hope Lo don is just going through the mid morning tea break before catching up. When you really unpack the RNS today there is almost 4 RNS worth of news. What does that tell you about the next month as they could have drip fed partnerships, trading update and so on but bundled it all together today. I wonder why :)

Certainly we are massively undervalued, especially compared to PHE and ITM on numbers below and personally I think Eqtec is on a different trajectory completely. We should re-rate and i think test the recent highs of 3p as we move into final results and the closing of more expected deals. The market is only interested 18 months ahead and if we almost double the potential order book in 5 months in Covid what will happen when all the global green bonds are rolled out and Biden takes a swing. There will be madness and Eqtec are doing the right thing today and partnering wholesale around the world as the scale of orders are going to be vast. The sheer weight of the potential order pipeline getting on for 700m euros and that will probably double again over next 12 months so the actual order pipeline will follow in the slipstream. Partnerships globally are pushing higher and we need more to make sure we capture the wave unfolding. Its clear that Eqtec is now the world leader in waste to energy gasification outperforming the market on almost every indicator i can see and vindicated by the slum dunk against Aries who are licking their wounds. Eqtec will win significantly more deals in the US that would have been held up and won stronger relationships with their current US partners who know DP delivers. The company will be in the sights of so many large infrastructure and energy groups but they will only show vague interest when the dealsize is £1bn - £10bn so we have a long way to go before that happens but its inevitable given the global pivot to green energy meaning all large manufacturers will need to look towards a gasification plant like Toyota are looking or face increasingly crippling green taxes that are coming very heavily soon. The grants and government incentives for companies and regional areas to invest in green tech is going to only grow and Eqtec is unassailable at the moment. Exciting future simply laid out in black and white today.

Also fantastic news. Maybe a extra RNS later today? Classic DP style tp acquire £500k of equity in company for this collaboration! So much going on he might have forgotten but thats a huge capital gain in the making!

What a blistering RNS with potential pipeline almost doubling in 5 months to 657m! Well on way to billion in possible revenue later this year at this rate and conversions looking very very high. Only a matter of time really but its a confirmation of just how biG Eqtec will become and profitable far quicker than people think. As to Aries its almost a footnote but purposely DP is not crowing but Eqtec now have US growth firmly in crosshairs and its a huge weight off Eqtec. Very imo
Impressed and market is going to have to re-evaluate the market cap firmly north in coming weeks.

2 months to get further update on Hawiah seems plausible and from Kefi perspective lining this up prior to TK news maximises the impact of TK finance on market cap as Hawiah is a behemoth but completely not priced in today as market rightly says that Kefi without TK puts Hawiah in a tricky place but with TK OTL Hawiah will be fast tracked and Kefi will have huge assets to potentially borrow against. Also excited to find out progress on all concessions and Saudi mining update. Hawiah is multiple times bigger than TK and just how big we dont know. Hopefully some news next week and would be great for Harry to bring something in ahead of time and not leave until last day of March. the fact no news so far is good with me.

My recommendation for buying in these scenarios is lots of smaller blocks based on the normal block size for Eqtec and set your limits you are happy to pay up to and probably do it now so its ready to go. I have suspicion brokers operate a queue but i am probably wrong but just suspicion based on personal experience a few times where i was almost one of first trades to buy at highly attractive price and another completely missed. Only difference one a did order 2 days before and second just before opening. there will clearly be big interest especially with an RNS. In some ways hoping no RNS to acquire some myself as next month will be a big one i suspect as Aries news clears the diary for bigger news. GLA

The brakes are certainly off monday as this has been a niggle since last July that kept on cropping up and bringing Eqtec back down. Regardless of how baseless it was originally the soundbite of patent infringement in the US fills any investor with dread and to quash it in 7 months is a miracle and shows just how strong Eqtec crushed this. Could be a factor in holding up Wood report and even financing discussions as banks and financiers hate this sort of uncertainty in the worlds largest market. The upshot is Eqtec will score massively in the US now on this outcome as it puts Eqtec is a world leading and patent strong cleantech. Monday is the starting gun but news i suspect will now drop on other projects in April. Reason i have never sold a bean is there is simply so much potential news that can come in and i was always terrible at timing. Just buy into the right compamy and enjoy the ride.

I suspect Eqtec and Aries negotiated and said if you go to court you will lose and face ruinous costs. If you drop the case now we will not ask for costs. Happens all the time. However Aries will probably have agreed something else in compensation. Clear road in the US and a massive plus to the Wood collaboration and could fire up plenty of movement over coming weeks.

I wondered why i saw 38 comments on a saturday! Unbelievable news and sends a shiver of satusfaction as that Aries patent claim on day Eqtec raised funds was a real low of any company. Aries should be ashamed and it caused a lot of damage to Eqtec growth in the US and elsehere. Eqtec will have a good monday thats for sure and i suspect many RNS might have been partly delayed because of this court case. have not checked the details and basing on what i am reading here but would be best news pre all the rest incoming this year. 10p target for end of year looks very achievable.

Its baffling how over 6m shares are purchased but price falls marginally. I can only assume it was some direct transaction between 2 parties as you could not accumulate that in a day without the price rising substantially. could be a perfectly timed purchase however whoever it was. Hoping for a some news to drop next week so as we are not on tenterhooks down to the lasy day of the month. I think for once Harry owes it to shareholders to deliver next week. We will see. GLA

We are all baffled but hopefully we will all find out potentially next week. There was an improvement in volume last month but nobody has a clue. Someone must have known something. The radio silence has probably and intentionally unnerved a lot of investors and selling at crazy prices and into the hands of probably a connected 3rd party who is building a position. RB has stated publicly all is well and good and that speaks volumes and that confirms CNE are grossly undervalued on a PE of 3 and in a potentially highly growth sector over next 5 years. However CNE needs to create a market with buyers and sellers for it to function and they have done everything conceivable to hide and it appears HK has even less requirements and only to release interim and finals relying on the company to release news on their website. HK is certainly a stock market i would invest in again as it is all about a wall of silence. The finals will be the first definitive news into the HK market to set out the companies strategy and profits and possibly dividend. Normally i rarely care about final results because they are normally telling me everything i already knew from trading updates or RNS so often finals are a mute experience. HK is different and we will ONLY find out what is going on in this final results. It is the first time in a long time i am very keen to read it.

Could be a positive start to the day in expectation of positive news next week.
