Looks to me it could be a great April fools day. if anything was amiss Harry would have made that RNS release today. His constant messages have for a long time been the end of March so i feel confident tomorrow we will find out more. The clear message for me is its happening and when i hope to find out shortly.

Well looks to me the time has come for Harry to lay down some cards. Will Harry pull off a royal flush and seal the deal the decade as frankly if he achieves what he hopes it will be not far off it. Will be an incredible moment if we have converted our $60m of historical cost (harry fees and all) into equity on a $200m deal. That is turning dust to gold for Kefi shareholders. If he does 5p next month followed by 10p eoy and 20p end of 2022 is not out of the question with a good wind on other projects and TK mine commissioned and first pour. If we get some can kicking then thats ok for a very short extra period but it needs to come with greater clarity and detail to give us belief. I have to say the very low volume recently does not fill me with confidence or proves Harry is running a very tight ship, although a lot more transactions happened weeks ago. GLA

I am reasonably confident numbers will be good as per IPO, certainly in comparison to the misery market cap of £20m today. Anything over £5m profit will take us under a PE of 4, which is criminal. Any dividend is really what i am hoping for as that immediately recalibrates the market cap based on yield and if the BOD do that they can go back to their hiding holes as dividend will keep the market cap ticking over. Even to this day i have not seen a photo of the CEO or any senior person? Tomorrow, as with Interims, we will get accounts but i think a few days later they provide the more detailed review but lets see. I am expecting CNE to push on towards the IPO price in the near to medium future. The BOD have one chance to save face and they could do it but lets see what the morning brings. GLA all who remain!

Certainly like the comment of $60m free cashflow just from this starter pit that can be extracted in 6 months. Thats more free cashflow in 6 months than total market cap today. Baffling how the market does not understand the situation better because out AISC are so low and assuming toll not signed we are probably 15-18 months from production. Certainly everything is going in the right direction and next update on some of the 34 remaining drills might be in less than 4 weeks as its all pending. So much newsflow to come but would be nice to get one of the big ticket items sometime soon so we can step up a notch as been anchored around 50p for far too long

There will be a background buyer filling an order in these circumstances i understand or MMs are very short of stock themselves and need to top-up. We are due some news so that could come soon.

Thanks for sharing and it is great to see it in black and white and confirms what we all think that Eqtec are grossly behind their peers and due a re-rate. I note Frankfurt is up 5% this morning so could be a good week ahead.

I think Jim and MC would kick that sort of price into touch. I am sure RB knows the takeout price needed as he would have party to those discussions and the days when Condor had no cash are over as i think we have around £8m knocking around. I think RB knows it and given his age focusing all energies on his main vehicle where he has proper power. I think RB to sell at sub 50p only to then offer 75p is probably bad maths as it would only make sense if Jim and MC and others would agree, which they would not. The volume on Condor is disappointing these days making RB exit very slow especially given all the investor shows attended. Do wonder just how much of the gold market has moved to Crypto as its a constant theme on these boards. Next week might bring us some news but really hope MC is brokering to shift those shares into the hands of Jim or Majestic maybe or someone with long-term plans. I dont think anyone here would disagree that on a 12-18 month view with several things falling into place we should not be heading for £1.50 so any investor might have similar thoughts and entry today is a pretty odds on for a healthy return.

Does look to be a very encouraging direction that Ethanol is going in backed by global mandating of Ethanol blends. I think input costs are also rising though. The delay to the finals have been very damaging to the BOD credibility, not that they needed any further credibility loss but they did the same dance at the interims. What BOD does this? It immediately fills shareholders with dread of what they have found? While it could be small details it could also be "impairment charges" or it might be working out the decision of what might be a maiden dividend and working out the finances available. They can turn the ship around by announcing a maiden dividend that will draw in a new investor base as they appear totally adrift on everything else. Really at a loss and hope we concerns on impairment charges are non correct and that RB has told us the truth that the business is as per the IPO and we can expect better times ahead. We will learn more next wednesday hopefully.

Certainly feel that CNEL have flushed out a lot of investors over the last 12 months but if they have around 60% of the company held by the BOD and family trusts then they only really need to worry about themselves and sharing news with the rest is really a chore, although that IPO document was almost war and peace so they must have wanted to move to HK badly. They will only ever care about the market cap of the company again if they want to raise more money, acquire companies with shares or plan to sell the business as i understand once on the HK they can stay whatever the market cap, which is 50% of the market cap they would need to get back into the HK exchange. my only hope and still is that the staff share awards would force the company to raise their profile to make sure staff are rewarded overtime but so far they do not appear to care about their staff either by a lacklustre share price. if none of these matter to them them the share price can be whatever and if they never pay a dividend then even more so. If they have been collecting shares over the last 3 months then a low share price has suited that strategy to continue to increase their hold. Not long to find what has been going on and fingers crossed RB told the truth and the IPO document was correctly executed. It could well just have been the DoubleRiver stag as dropping £2m or so on the market would sink any share price and the BOD has had no plan since to raise their profile and grow their shareholder base. The £8m raised was to get bigger projects off the ground so lets hope that was true. I still to this day do not understand why they appear to get paid in arrears, meaning they take a big risk if the customer does not pay for some reason as they will have invested the money upfront themselves. i hope their contracts are watertight to minimise "impairment charges" and a project like Inner Mongolian would need to be carefully project managed. However if thats the way they do things in China i will have to accept it. Not long now to find out if they will save face or continue to laugh at PIs.

Harry has historically taken things up the wire and overall my interest is he gets the financing completed as there has never been a better time but Harry has always said in webinars "end of March" and some might consider mid March onwards but in Harrys book this is probably 31st March. I am feeling pretty confident because options granting were linked to the carefully written RNS that they were awarded to lock in senior people for 3 years and post TK OTL. NOMADs do need to check the RNS wording for accuracy and there have been other useful supporting noises but his past history on deadlines has created a lack of belief that could be to shareholders benefit next week. Slightly disappointed Hawiah update has not been this week but that might happen monday with TK on wednesday. I am dreaming now :) Certainly the market will be massively wrong stepped if it happens as we have been anchored at tuppence. However having tracked this share since the .9 days it was equally anchored for months and months and then started to move up. I have always been suspicious that Kefi has to some extent paid contractors with shares and they then sell into the market for working capital that depresses the share price. I think that has been the case since the last raise but we could be in for an interesting week. GLA and lets hope Harry brings some positive news.

We can hope that MC is finalising land purchases, lifting lumps of gold out of the assay results on Cacao and letting the ink dry on the toll agreement to make the trip to Nicaragua fruitful. hopefully something will come together.

Sorry to hear that. This latest action follows a pattern of behaviour that i think has been carefully planned to unnerve shareholders and buy shares cheaply. The postponement is almost a classic way to force more shareholders to sell as we have seen time after time someone is buying in the background, normally before close of each day. The company is real and the IPO document very impressive. You might well be vindicated to sell now but the shares doubled last month on no news and there is basic fundamentals that can be used to value the business. I think we are all at a loss.

RB has certainly been less triumphant post the IPO and less communicative but his tweet spoke volumes. All i have been seeing is some small investors selling small amounts and towards the end of the day someone scooping these up. There is almost some co-ordination so you do wonder if the postponement might have been planned to rattle more PIs to sell at these depressed levels to allow connected parties to continue building a stake. Maybe a conspiracy theory too far but the BOD have really got to work hard to redeem their honour for investors, the majority are 50% down on the IPO and cannot imagine the BOD are not wary of that.

They did the same trick at the interims. never come across a company that postpones a meeting they plan and hold once every 6 months twice. We can hope they are fighting over a dividend of or .1 or .05 but probably not. BOD really need RB to have a good word with them and recommend everyone write emails to contacts to express disquiet.

Most predictions are saying at least 2bn cars on the road globally by 2030 and 98% are diesel or petrol. Cars simply last a lot longer. My parents car is a blue diesel and done 200k but is running well so cars simply lst a lot longer. China could have 1bn, a four fold increase and largest growth market so bodes well. Not disputing electric will rise overtime as % of new purchases but its a small fraction of the total cars on the road. Tell that to most people who mostly buy secondhand. as electric cars are favoured the price of diesel and petrol cars will fall and governments are not taking cars off the road. Maybe 30 years from now electric might be 10% of all cars on road.

I would corn buying is off the scale for china this year. Enormous quantities bought and presumably a lot for Ethanol needs.

Its also possible the ethanol for sanitiser is off the scale so in terms of diversification today refineries have options with probably some tweaks to their stack.

Could be a big fill and might take a few days to show. Seen some trades in smaller companies take weeks to fill before it shows up. 2 to 1 buying today so all very positive and once Janus clears Eqtec should pop up a notch. Too much momentum commercially go hold it back after recent incredible Trading update and share price barely has registered. Janus is a bit of weight but it will clear soon so a good opportunity as i suspect large quatities can be bought. Shame Janus did not agree with another institutional shareholder to sell as opposed to letting PIs to club together but thats how it is.

Last of the 2.25 coming up and then up to 2.3 and 2.35 as several brokers are now out of the market at 2.25. Picking up low priced stock from Janus, while unnerving, is a plus for new investors as once they stop selling there will be less slack. Certainly be some more after market disclosures today but the share price and the news and out of kilter until Janus stop selling.
