Great to hear MC heading to Nicaragua and no doubt jumping through some pretty stringent Covid protocols. We can hope that he is going out to tie up loose ends as you would not be traveling to Nicaragua for any other reason. Bodes well for further good news later this month.

We are theoretically 21 days from the end of the month. Just a little more patience. while nothing additional of a concrete nature we have job adverts for HR manager, plenty of government signs of active engagement and Harrys talk titled "First cab off the block" does provide more credibility of the future. Harry will clearly know the situation largely as most deals it is the legal paperwork that takes te time, not the business decision making to make an investment. If Harry knew the whole financial closure was not happening he would have legally had to have said so. With 3 weeks left i doubt very much he would be throwing titles of talks around if he was not quietly humming to himself. Obviously its not done until the cash is in the bank but no news is good news at this late stage in the financing.

Volume is slightly improving today and while down to .5 the volume should pickup. Its possible that the tick down today was partly because some investors 4 weeks ago who invested might have expected more news on Ethanol mandating but i cannot seem to find anything. The general consensus was perhaps the China plan was a little underweight on reducing coal power reliance but at the same time while nothing has come up about Ethanol the evidence of a strong push is shown from large ethanol buying from the US and so forth and therefore i suspect while they might have reduced their reduction on coal they might try and make up with quick fixes including Ethanol as that is really a no brainer when it comes to air pollution and something that is an acute problem in a lot of the urbanised areas. as you say just a few weeks left and hopefully all the news will create a new investor base and both profitability, buoyant news on prospects and dividend might be announced. With most investors buying in at the IPO stage at .98 there is still a long way to go and i am sure CNEL have plenty of face saving if they were aware of Double River stagging the IPO with disastrous consequences. Normally the CEO would have come under huge pressure from investors to have such poor handling of that deal and really owes to those investors to make serious amends. I do feel the next few weeks we should see more volume and a better rise upwards.

The management only very recently put in place a long-term incentive plan at 2.2p per share. They were bullish then and still are. Buyers today are getting in at almost half the companies own incentive plan so in my books you are not likely to go wrong. The market is the market and day traders will buy and sell. Some will win and others traders will lose. it is largely a zero sum game and hence why i tend to stay clear of guessing price movements and rather focus on the long-term prospects. LTHs like myself of course do not like to see a downward trend and fall from 3p to 1.4p is not something you like but if you look at company over a 12 month period you will see very likely 100-200% swings from top to bottom. I think the limited news has not helped and Billingham financial close would have made a bigger difference, although agreeing to buy the land and getting on with clearance as if everything is in place is not a bad state of mind. my expectation is the finance will come this month as it was expected end of last month but DP, perhaps got ahead of realistic time to complete financing with lawyers and so forth and perhaps other projects being financed at the same time. I think he will learn to not set targets that can slip so i am sure he is well aware how that can impact shareholders belief. I think we will power ahead this month as so much news is backing up and updates will be expected.

While i would love to see this close sooner Harry has always mentioned latter part of March in all webinars. Whether that is the 15th or 31st is another matter but it would be great if Harry for once over delivered this time and brought it forwards to midde of the month. We will see but share price is doing very well on back of general decline elsewhere that bodes well.

My advice. First check forecast profit for 2021 and 2022 (very decent), then check order pipeline (very big covering 5 continents), check partnerships in development (a beauty parade of decent regional partners), check proven IP, then look at expected newsflow (probably 3-5 partner related deals, up to 13 projects financial closing), then understand business model of taking equity in best projects (ideally pre planning to take advantage of capital gain), consider the end to end project management and calibre of managent team. The macro trends are perfectly aligned with Eqtec. Then look at market cap and work out that we will be a much more valuable company once some of this news starts to land. Those with a 12 month timeframe should stand to make a huge return and those trading day to day good luck but today i get it that we are waiting news and we dont know when some might come through but we know its incoming.

We know Book5 contact has a reasonable set of eyes on the ground and confirms that Condor are cracking on implying a very high expectation of things falling into place, how soon we do not know but i would like to hope some big news will come this month. For book5 to redact comments implying a toll milling is quite interesting. If the toll milling comes together with these preparations now completed we have probably reduced the lead time by a few months potentially. Personally it would make more sense to be doing these works in preparation for toll milling because the lead time for a mine build could be 6 months before it arrives on site and that normally offers plenty of time to clear the site and improve roads. However with toll mining it could be much sooner. Lets hope Book5 has enough info to complete the puzzle and we get some confirmation as this toll agreement has been bubbling along almost for 12 months or more. Could be a good few weeks.

Just takes a little bit of news, perhaps one of at least 13 decent RNS expected on projects and much alike this year with too numerous to list. We don't know when they will land but when we do the trajectory will continue northwards. There has been a general lack of news the last few months on some expected news but that just means a more condensed news flow incoming. very likely something will drop next week.

Last year we got results on 13th March so would be great to get some good news before or part of the results.

Last year the operational and corporate update was 31st Jan 2020 however we do not yet appear to had an update for sometime and i expected in February. I suspect a lot is going on and perhaps the update might be hanging on other positive news. We are due an update imminently and could be soon hopefully as i think a look at order book and plans will be very revealing. Maybe they wanted to wait on Aries, Wood or Billingham close or something else.

If Ethanol is mandated or gets a push should be positive for Eqtec. Cant imagine it will not form part of the low hanging options for China to meet its target. we might see some more activity when that plan is released.

Sounds to me Rishi will announce some good news for greentech so could be a reasonable spurt tomorrow while we await bigger news from Eqtec. Certainly feels like something is brewing at Eqtec.

If i was being machiavellian if RB knew the mine build decision was coming up, presumably with expectation of funds from key shareholders and others and might they be selling ahead, depressing the price to their advantage and then using the proceeds of share sale to buy in at a lower placing price. Personally i expect any trimming is completed as MC should have a pretty good understanding. At least we have JM who i am sure could buy up all their stakes if he wanted and might well do so. Anyway news expected this month and this might be all academic if some of that comes in.

My understanding a dividend was on agenda at interims. My guess it was too soon and in anycase its more usual to offer a maiden dividend at eoy results, obviously dependent on results. I am a little more confident something small might be offered as 5 years of profit is a pretty long time to go without rewarding shareholders. its also one key way to revalue company correctly.

we are all in agreement the company is hugely undervalued and the only way forward is for new shareholders and existing shareholders to buy more shares as is normal. However no one has any commercial news in the last 9 months to underpin making that decision and it is all guess work and most people will not read a 300 page IPO document. The interims were a little underwhelming as the discussed dividend did not evolve and it lacked any information on prospects. Clearly news on Ethanol mandating and other developments should jolt the market when confirmed. I am of the opinion the results will surprise the market positively and when set against a backdrop of a growth market and high levels of cleantech that might be licensed and so forth they move from being a boring industrial company into the more growth positive cleantech industry that i think CNE could promote further. The company is sadly only too happy to tell us about their coffee mornings but appear unwilling to share commercial news but instead share with insiders who we have seen have taken advantage of that over the last month while we all scratch our heads and presume the Ethanol mandating or new device that could be game changer has been a factor. we are sadly not part of that clique. but my expectation is that once final results are released and hope they provide a thorough forward guidance and go into detail on projects and developments will over deliver when it matters. I think i can safely say in the case of CNE they like to under promise and hopefully over deliver so we should see a few more step changes in the coming month.

Im hoping that with La India infill results that thr fabled Toll agreement might come to fruition. Been in the making for a long time and really any longer and it starts to be less attractive as the whole point i thought was to use cashflow to help with funding project.

I would say that the only RNS since November has been drilling related. Therefore we must get some assay results very very soon and i would hope some more meaty RNS besides. For me March should be a pivotal month to keep the project moving forward confidently.

The plant build and resettlement will all happen in sychronisation and a plant is not planned to be built until latter part of year as it only takes 12 months. Everything seems to be quiet so i take that as generally positive. Harry indicated latter part of March so i am thinking 15th onwards. With government fully onboard and already invested and major investors and banks in place looks pretty solid to me.
