Mankayan expires next year. I'm sure if management could have got a half decent price for either Mankayan or Eureka they would have taken it. Their solution? Raise more cash to buy time and keep paying their wages.

They may tinker with the structure but this company has lost 99.9% of its value over the last few years. Monies have been repeatedly raised that have brought no benefit whatsoever to the shareholders. We have no revenue and meaningful profits are a million miles away. The only beneficiaries are the directors. This is the walking dead.

at a huge discount to price at which directors bought. Have things deteriorated massively since then.? I doubt it but M/c now well below cost of Tern alone. Seems very cheap for brave buyers.

No do I. Price has retreated despite solid buying on the way down. The only real negative for SHG is the country of operation with its rather cute set of rules (where's our VAT refund?) . I suspect that positive newsflow will push this back over 7p later in the year.

this companys shares look cheap. Main issues for me are
1. Directors emoluments too high for size of company.
2. Concern over funding remaining $12mill for Coringa at year end.
3. Uncomfortably high AISC making it vulnerable to a fall in gold price.
4. Sprott loan at 10% interest.

I have held this disaster of a company for 7 years. Various boards have promised much and failed to deliver. Choco was supposed to provide early cashflow then sold at a huge loss. CB and LR keep getting a salary but no benefits accrue to shareholders. There are no real tangible assets- just expiring licenses which we have no cash to exploit. Who's going to front more money to keep this going??

Salarius is the key investment. I can see other snack food companies signing up for this given the move to healthier products. This is a multi billion dollar industry and we are currently a £6mill company. Insane to be selling out at this price.

They seem to have lost focus . Where are new funds coming from? They can't issue shares below par value. Trying to deflect BAG attention perhaps

Can't fail to as Zim was badly affected as well. At least the core business is about as safe as you can get investing in a very fragile economy.
