You still hold them but they can only be traded on Asset Match (check out their website). I'm surprised by the sp strength prior to delisting. Interesting to see the result of the first auction next month.

for small shareholders there is unlikely to be any material benefit. Directors control just over 50% of the shares and paid themselves over 500000 euros in fees. Even if the Poly shares are sold they could keep the company running for years and gradually put the proceeds into their own pockets

Yes bought into this recently. Ticks a lot of boxes with a good portfolio of rare disease treatments. Also Novartis has a significant shareholding. It's tanked from over £3 (sound familiar?) but I would have kicked myself if it continues to rebound and I didn't take a wee punt. Worth a go. ATB

Hi mate. 50 years trading has taught me not to miss out by trying to buy at the bottom and sell at the top. Rarely happens. My average here is about 10p and I haven't sold any. The big picture here is good and huge potential with Chinese investor. Happy to wait but I suspect if it hits double figures again there will be a rush of profit taking

Check out the Asset Match website. My company there is Eurovestech with an indicated price now of 3.8p. It has a NAV of 11.4p and plans to sell its major holding and return cash to shareholders. However this is proving a VERY long drawnout process. Essentially m/c calcs remain the same but there are no mms to oil the wheels for quick buys and sells.

Many people here give the impression of being nothing but gamblers.The key s always to spread the risk and only invest what you can afford to write off. And of course enjoy the ride.

should be heavily underpinned by the cash and massive potential. Still only valued at £42mll. Talk of £1 sp is fanciful. I would hoover them up at that price.

I am invested in another delisted (Asset Match) company and it's certainly not ideal. Dealing commissions are much higher and you have to wait for auction periods to end. There may well be a last minute sell off of Albert just before delisting. Even so I'm prepared to risk a bit more as a long term bet as this should be worth much more than £2mill. Time will tell if I am right.

1. Rational. Sees the huge potential with M/c still only £43mill. 2. Fearful. Worried about a fallback so takes a quick and hefty profit. If it did go back to £1-10 there would be plenty keen to snap up stock at that price.

once removed from the market there will be no identifiable m/c. Because of a revenue warning and delisting we have lost 90% of market value. Is this really justified? No. I wonder where new funds will come from post delisting and on what terms. How will it impact shareholders who stick with the company ? I plan to top up and hold for the longer term. Maybe they could use Asset Match post delisting

You're right. There's a decent portfolio of drugs in the pipeline with director buying recently. I've taken a small position but will buy more as it's bumping along the bottom

worth buying if you take the long view. The company hasn't changed. Suppose it makes millions and pays a dividend in the next few years? (Not impossible). Also you can't be panicked out at short notice. Look on the bright side. The company is only worth £2mll now.

with Trellis and Sage. Long termers have suffered massive losses here. What's happened to Quindell and RandyRangard? Management have always lacked focus despite Mankayan and Eureka having great potential. I'd be happy with an all share takeover from a decent mining company at a small premium just to get rid of Bird and Read.

I think people have sussed out the plan here. Identify a new project that MAY get a return sometime in the future but in the meantime raise new funds to keep the board in pocket. Hopefully the chumps who have stumped up (and lost) a lot of money over the last few years in capital raising will say enough is enough.
