I suspect that they are not interested in that. Given the strong balance sheet there is very little reason to even keep a listing. They could delist and mop up the residual shares very cheaply if it moved to (say) Asset Match. Even so they have stuck with it for a long time. I'm quite tempted to buy a few and go to the AGM in Dublin to see what they have to say.

There is certainly a market for the product (if it works) but this is still very early stage. Looks like a lot of cash will be spent before it reaches approval stage (if it does). Guess that's why the sp is flat on its back.

On the face of it that's so. I emailed the company to clarify some points but got no reply (bad sign).Directors control over 50% of the shares . They can pay themselves petty much what they like (bad sign). With all that liquidity why not pay a dividend? Might be worth buying a few as a speculative punt.

I wonder how long you have been invested here. I have been in since Lonzim days and met the current CEO. This has been delivering improving results since he came in but the sp only spikes on results then falls back. There s some derisking by having commissions remitted to US dollar account in Mauritius but otherwise monies reinvested in Zimbabwe (Radar and/or other acquisitions). We can all be wise after the event. There s always the temptation to keep averaging down but it may be throwing more good money after bad. Walking a tightrope now- let's hope there's a good ending

a market value of just over £1mill. Is that really all Mankayan and Eureka are worth? You would think that someone would offer that for Eureka alone and (again) if the directors think so why aren't they hoovering up shares at this price?

a small amount of the total raised is potentially from existing holders I don't feel inclined to accept at the moment. Price could fall below 3.85p but the warrant aspect is interesting. It's hard to imagine the price reaching 50p given the massive dilution effected soon. Could the company's value really top £250mill?

of the meeting came out much as feared. A further placing of say 200million shares would only raise £200k at point1p. No offer to existing shareholders as not cost effective. There is absolutely no reason to buy shares at current sp. As far as I'm concerned this is a total write off.

I totally agree with you regarding the inherent value of all the pieces in this company. However if nobody had come to the rescue before the cash ran out (imminently) then the business would be in administration and others would be picking over the (rather tasty) bones.

nothing new here. Sp does this periodic jump when figures are published then falls back. There wont be a dividend for the foreseeable future because profits will be reinvested in potential acquisitions or adding to Radar stake. It's a great little company battling with massive internal problems.

to have lurched from a position of relative comfort to desperation funding in only a few short weeks. On the positive side the Chinese cash injection will provide security going forward but they do end up with 77% of the company. I'm surprised they didn't just put in a take it or leave it bid of around 5p to mop it up or flush out a counterbid. Its certainly not caused the sp to spike. Interesting times ahead I think.

the fairly recent valuation that the idiot chairman placed on Mankayan isn't it astonishing that he isn't buying lots more shares at this price.? He can afford to although if the momentum keeps up with the action group they might not be in situ for too much longer.
