As mentioned previously my way of striking a balance between upside potential and downside risk is a staggered sell plan. Selling 20% of the declining balance of shares at each 50% increase in price. So let’s say a million shares held at 8p; sell 200,000 at 12p; then sell 160,000 at 18p; then sell 128,000 at 27p etc .. etc for me this means cashing in a reasonable profit at each milestone whilst always having some left for the more optimistic future valuations. Any one can vary these percentages based on their risk tolerance.
