It’s been a long journey bricktop .. sar me times dreams do come true .. as I said previously if you buy a villa buy on a completed development in a mature well established area .. enjoy the search!! We will settle for 6 weeks here and 6 weeks there in as many beautiful locations around Europe (and Caribbean ) as possible !!

Same as you Potnak I sold a few at 8p this morning but it’s always easy to be wise with hindsight. There is no 100% guarantee this will go to the moon. If there was everyone would be in already! It is looking more likely but it still makes sense to top slice from time to time just to protect from a worst case scenario of bad news! Most people top slicing above 7p will have already done every well and most of us are still holding a big chunk for the moon shot! I have sold around a third of my original holding in the last 2 months and very happy to have already more than doubled my total original

Maidit .. love your optimism and ability to always take a positive view as we move serenely along! Up over 20% over last5 days and nearly 50% on the month good reasons to be cheerful. Compared with February 2020 can hardly believe how things have taken off; for many on here a once in a lifetime event could be unfolding right before our very eyes.

No trades showing after 15.06 on LSE but I sold a few at just under 8p after 15.30?!! Anything on Level 2?

I think you are right Stu .. looks like highest closing price to date to me. Also 3 days in a row losing above 7p. I shared your misery with oil stocks mine were Falklands, Tower Resources, Tethys, Parkmead etc although before them I did reap a plentiful harvest from internet shares between 95 and 99 but got out in time because it was obvious it was obvious tech stocks were overheating. Also like you SAR has now more than covered my oil losses. Hopefully something big brewing this week. 100% rise from here will see a lot of people in a very good place.

A Petrus 2000 vintage will be my celebratory tipple if we get past 10p! Salfordred must be a happy boy (like me) Sancho and Varane already in and Jones, Martial and Pogba on way out??

Price was 0.0075 in September 2020 when your daughter had the reading so already a 10 bagger since then so a good reading! I do believe some clairvoyants have some ability to tap in to a spiritual dimension. Heard too many extraordinary examples which makes it hard to be totally cynical!!

Hi MattyBoy GGP (Gold) seems to be following a similar pattern to one of my other long term favourites GFM (Gold mine in China). Recent movement is very similar .. up 30% (GGP) and 50% (GFM) over a year, both down 30% over 6 months and both down over last month. It’s a gold and mining pattern at the moment. Looking forward long term I’m sure both will do well. GFM have loads of gold and zinc so future very good for them IMHO.
GFM has been lovely buying in in the early 2000’s at 9p top slicing a few times between 120p and 150p but currently in a trough at 93p!

Hope things went well with your Cyprus property. Where did you buy?
We bought in Secret Valley and although we made a loss on sale partly because of undelivered promises and partly because of the crash in house prices in/on the Med after 2008 we still have wonderful and happy memories of holidays at the villa and of the island.

Spot on baton .. we have decided to do just that .. find fabulous locations in Tuscany, Provence, Amalfi, The Alps, The Algarve etc … book them for 6-8 weeks then invite family and friends out to join us for 3-4 days at a time (always say that is long enough for guests so it stays fresh and fun). Once this flipping pandemic sorts itself out (with our help SAR?)

Bricktop .. would strongly advise be very careful about purchasing property abroad .. can be a risky business (not unlike SAR!!?). We purchased a lovely villa in Cyprus in 2005 which was the up and coming property hot spot at the time and was supposed to be part of a 3 course golf development, an international hotel, a Nikki Beach resort at the bottom of the hill .. none of which happened .. bunch of crooks out there. Lawyers, agents and developers all in cahoots! It was a fabulous Villa and in a beautiful location with amazing views so not a total disaster but extremely difficult to sell (took 4 years and at a significant loss)
If you do buy make sure it is on a fully developed and completed development or area. Property and the legal systems work very differently abroad (in fact wish all property systems were like Scotland).
Maybe best to find a great villa/location and rent and let someone else have all the aggro of maintenance, lawyers etc ….

Hi workingpharma I agree 40p sooner rather than later would certainly help secure a comfortable retirement for me indeed the original 28p Thoth target would achieve that. I have tweaked my exit strategy a bit however so as not to miss out totally on a potential jackpot of over £1. I now plan to sell 20% of the declining balance of my shareholding (rather than 20% of my original total shareholding) each time the price achieves a fresh 50% jump. So selling some at 8p, 12p, 18p, 27p etc.. This will mean I’ll always have some shares left after each sale.
