Could someone enlighten me .. why Price Monitoring RNS when nothing extraordinary going on?

Price is just drifting pending news no more no less than that. No one knows what the new will be for sure so no one can predict what the price will be for sure. The price was 5.7 before the HNWI invested 1.47 million on June 15th at 4.9p it spiked up on this good news to close at 7.5p on 16 June then it has just drifted back pending expected further announcements in next couple of weeks. So much hot air exhaled on here it’s exhausting good thing is that hot air rises just as we can be pretty sure the share will too in the very near future

Is there enough strength in depth amongst Directors and LTH to stop someone coming in and taking SAR over for less than say 25p?

If a deal or takeover is in progress or a possibility then the HMWI would I assume be made aware of this or they may even be part of the talks. What are the rules regarding interested parties dealing in shares where a deal is being discussed or are there time limits before a deal is finalised during which they cannot deal? Bit like there are closed periods when Directors can’t buy. Also intrigued why the HNWI didn’t buy more on his first purchase given the second one followed so soon after at almost double the price. That seems odd. Wonder if there were some spectacular developments or results soon after his/her first purchase that brought them in again? Or is it pure and simple stake building in advance of a bigger move? So many questions and possibilities.

The HNWI has already made a profit of around 1.8 million on his 2 investments in SAR! Sure he/she believes that only the beginning!

Been looking back at the price rise from 0.25p to 7p over last 15 months to see what the key moments have been!
In March 2020 we had the Aurora worldwide licensing agreement in China that helped move the price up to .60p.
Then in July 2020! the research update on Tyk2/JAK1 helped take the price to.95p.
Then in October 2020 the US Patent announcement on Tyk2/JAK1 whipped the price up to 2.20p.
December 2020! saw the Covid research grant announced and the very positive Nature article that firmed the price up to 2.5p.
May 2021 came the Edison update before things really took off with the 2 announcements in June 2021 of the large subscriptions by the HNWI.
So it looks like a steady flow of good news laying the foundations for future success which have now been picked up and acted on by a wealthy investor who probably knows a bit more than we all do about the next announcement. Seems pretty exciting to me.

3 billion well that’s 90p share so should do for most LTH on here. I shall be holding 25% back after selling a penultimate chunk if we hit 28p so be very happy with 90p for my final chunk!! Crikey if only!!!

I realised it was clearly a very encouraging message from the company if only because it quickly cauterised the damage being done to the share price by the doom mongers yesterday!

Sorry if it’s a daft question but I’m trying to understand what yesterdays tweet actually meant. Tofacitinib is not our JAK1 inhibitor product is it or is it? If it is then it’s saying our product resulted in lower levels of death. Or is it saying Tofacitinib which is owned by someone else led to lower levels of death but our JAK inhibitors are better? Or is our JAK inhibitor being used in Tofacitinib? Really appreciate someone explaining exactly what the tweet was saying because I can’t work it out.

What was the official closing price? At 16.27 it was 7.20 then Saturday Night Fever came on Boom Radio I danced off round the kitchen for 5 minutes and looked again at 16.32 and it was down to 6.09!!

Been driven up and down by sentiment great if you are a trader because they thrive on volatility.
Makes no difference to LT holders because they are more interested in the underlying story and research. You can be absolutely certain that an RNS will appear completely out of the blue sometime in the next few weeks and that’s when LT holders will be either rewarded or disappointed. We all got excited yesterday but no one could have predicted if it was going to stop at 9, 10, or 11 or whatever. I’m annoyed with myself for only selling 10% of my holding yesterday when it went above 8p .. showed a lack of discipline but never mind that day is gone now

Has been up to 7.74 and down to 6.12 today so anything possible today .. all guessing really!

Lidl sell a terrific Riserva Chianti (2016) for 5.99 that I would recommend for any party! We often start a boozy evening with a grander wine like a St Emilion or a left bank Bordeau and then switch to the Chianti and frankly most people hardly notice. Almost tempted to put the Chianti in a Bordeau bottle to see if anyone would notice .. but might be a slightly naff thing to do!!

Sly clearly missed the boat if he/she is thinking they might buy if the price hit 2p. Most LT holders here bought in at or below 1p and of course the HNW bought large chunks at 2.8p and 4.9p and they might just know a bit more than Sly! Most LT holders here understand SAR’s science and can see its value compared with other similar (or inferior) products already bought out. I was certainly thrilled to get 9p yesterday for the chunk of shares I planned to sell at 8p and I’m sure I wasn’t alone because I know others who planned to sell some at 8p. 28p probably remains the target for many LT holders with 20% held back for the possibility of £££s
