Whilst most of us private investors will be disappointed with the share price slump how will the Directors, who own more shares than most of us, be feeling as their shares have dropped millions in value since last summer

I do agree Kat with hindsight this did get overhyped last year on the back of the investments by the HNWI and newsflow at the time and 9-10p (350 million) and was over egging it at that stage for a company with no sales likely in the near future. However most of us are here in the hope that SAR might just be the company that comes up with cures for multiple cancers and other serious illnesses in which case SAR would be worth an inestimable amount! Some once said you never know the guys here might become as important as Alexander Fleming ..who knows!!

The market cap was never 850 million. Best intra day peak last year was about 350 million.

Edison keep posting broker notes so one has to wonder WTF are PH doing? Over 4 months since they were pointlessly appointed surely they’ve had enough time to do some research and produce a broker note and price target. Very happy to apologise and eat my words if PH do come up with something but to date their PR has been appalling well frankly non existent! Jury is out on consolidation but 100% it has not contributed to price stability, 100% it has followed the traditional reaction of a serious retrace in the market cap after a consolidation and 100% it has NOT shaken off the “penny share” tag for good! Unbelievably SAR is no longer my biggest shareholding so very sadly it is no longer the first share I check each morning and I never thought I would say that; just very relieved I sold 1/3 of my shares at an average of 7p last Summer (average buy price 1p). Still incredibly optimistic about the long term but sad that as well as being a serious investment in a very serious product it has now become the play thing of MM, traders and pariahs!

See the price action is same as before the big C so no change there for the time being. Decided to take off for a bit of sunshine and cricket in the Windies for next 3 weeks. Hopefully when we get home SAR may have announced something and someone might have taken Putin out and Thoth2 will be bidding for his 2 for 1 yacht!!

Been a pretty awful day all round for my “higher risk” stuff but to be expected. Disappointed that some of the mining and oil stocks I hold haven’t done better though! Wouldn't expect too much though whilst this altercation is going on in Ukraine but my gut feeling is that it probably wont go on too long and hopefully by end of May there will have been some form of resolution.

One thing that seems blindingly obvious is that airing one’s grievances and expectations on here do not make one iota of difference to the share price. Only RNS news or broker updates can do that. So we can appreciate or loathe the banter on here but it won’t matter either way. It is not a share to trade at the moment because there are no large swings up and down so it is a share to hold for the longer term in the hope the science is right and continues to deliver positive results .. if it does we will all be okay and very happy in due course. The reason I keep looking is so I didn’t want to miss any important news and a sudden rise; I have a staggered sale policy starting with a chunk at £4.50! (old 9p), and then further chunks after each 50% increase from there.

Well hopefully that the last time we’ll close as a penny share barring some catastrophe! Start of a new Sareum as SP excitedly tweeted. The staging posts for me are £2 (so getting back above 4p), £3 (getting back to pre PH levels above 6p), £4.50 (scaling last years heights of 9p) then on to £14 Thoth2’s mystical 28p)!!

Do you remember where you were when you first got exited about SAR and bought your first shares? I was in the car park at a garden centre in Knutsford in February 2011 when I first got wind of what SAR were doing and jumped in with my first purchase!

Hi Fecm .. yes invested in both! Have a much bigger holding in RKH and just wondering whether to switch a small amount of my RKH holding (probably a couple of grand) into BOR in anticipation of a potential spike on Imminent news. Have been invested for over 12 years since DES and FOGL so it’s been a long old wait

Got to say if I can get in early tomorrow morning at under 2.5p I might buy another 100,000 shares; not quite top table like your good self but at least at the function!

As a high risk share with huge potential and still at a low price this looks like a no brainer to me. A thousand quid at the current price could easily 10 bag if not many times more which is not to be sniffed at. I’m kicking myself with Cloudbreak Discovery (CDL) which was at just 3p a week ago also with 10 bag potential but delayed a few days and got in at 7p! Dithering is not a good thing with these types of shares!

Estimate those reserves at $60 a barrel are worth about 30 billion dollars. Just need to get producing! Not a bad asset potentially for a company currently valued at around $13 million!! Not forgetting the other resources around Darwin that haven’t even been discovered yet! If they can just get teamed up with the right partner and get going the numbers are mind blowing! I only have 150,000 shares but all in tax free wrappers so potentially massive tax free gains!!

3 billion wow that’s 80p a share in todays money or £40 a share in tomorrows money .. wow .. being happy with that would slightly understate things!!
