Well here we are May 19th. MHRA promised a reply to my FOI request on April 11th within 20 working days! I asked them how many CTA applications had been received and how many approved and how many rejected and how many in abeyance since July 2022.

Hardly rocket science!!

It’s a disgrace.

Even my useless district council respond in less than 20 days!!

Will they have been able to do any testing of potential toxicity issues before trialling on humans?

this kind of behaviour from dutch fans does not surprise me. back in 1997 manu played feyenoord in the champions league and n rotterdam. i was part of the vip group travelling with the players families (and alex fergusons wife) and our coach was savagely attacked by dutch fans as we approached the stadium; the most terrifying weapon was a metal post wrapped in barbed wire!!. we needed an armed police escort to complete the journey and ended up having to watch the game on tv in a lounge in the ground for our own safety! at least andy cole scored a hatrick!

this was typical of away trips in the 90’s with similar attacks in turin, milan, m****illes, brussels, florence i think it was payback for the appalling way english (not british) fans behaved in the 80’s; italian police in particular just couldn’t wait for english fans to arrive so they could belt a few of them randomly with batons. some fans stopped travelling in the end it got so scary!!

Thought a typically upbeat tweet would come from Dr Parker today .. here we go .. however whether it will drive the price up is another question?

In the March budget Jeremy Hunt said “ Under a new approach, the Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) would give “near automatic sign off” for treatments already approved by “trusted” regulators in other parts of the world such as Europe, Japan, or the US”

I guess Australia would also be included.

However frankly I don’t really believe a word any of our bloody idiot politicians (on either side) say these days but I hope in this case he does really mean what he says !

So it’s taken Australia just 7 weeks to approve 1801 for clinical testing! How embarrassing is that for the U.K. and MHRA. At the Budget the Chancellor claimed the MHRA were the envy of the world .. what a bad joke that was.

I agree SCH .. £3 would be an awful result after hanging on for so long “for the science” to start to come to fruition. I will sell some at £3 but plan to hold the majority of shares up to £10 a share and a remaining balance to £14

Brave man Neilius .. hope it comes good for you and all of us. I missed the chance to sell out at £4 a share 10 years ago but if it gets to £2 from here, which is definitely possible, I’d happily take that for my 100,000 shares !!!
