What I want from SAR13 Jan 2025 19:03
I have been reviewing my history and objectives with SAR and trying to determine what result I ultimately hope for from SAR which means just 1801 and 1802 now realistically.
I originally invested in 2010. I was lucky to make a £30,000 profit when I sold a chunk at a profit in 2021. Then came the opportunity to buy in at 14p after the RF c**k up last year to help average down my remaining holding which is now 48,000 shares at an average cost of 46p so total cost £22,000 currently worth £10,500 so unrealised loss of £11,500 n my current holding.
I have always wanted to make a total profit of £200,000 from Sareum so need £170,000 profit from my remaining 48,000 shares that have an average cost of 27,360. So need sales proceeds of £197,369 to reach my profit target which means holding on till £4.11 a share. No idea if that is remotely possible now but given I will never be totally out of pocket with SAR because of previous sales I think I’ll see it through to the very sweet or bitter end! It’s gone up 20x before so not impossible!! Who knows!!
