May be due to a lag in comunication between the brokers and the previous owners but the Aremitti 5 appears to still be on the market. It's definately still in port though and dissapointment being voiced over inabillity to book for this season and having to go with the SSC.

As well as the biofuels link I posted earlier they do seem to have an eye on the marine sector. So a large network of existing partners and collaborations with wider distribution probabilities for their latest partner, mayvbe.

Anyway, have been away from the computer all day so wasn't watching from the any of the vessel trackers. Did the change in direction have anything to do with tide times. And they are just going with the flow until it's time to dock tomorrow. Not normal behaviour, I admit, as they normaly just wait at the Belfast anchorage.

Lets hope they didn't get a better last minute offer from Navantia and are heading for Spain. ;)

Yes, but I thought the big thing about having this new assembly was to sort out a whole lot of " not a lot happening". In other areas linked to energy and the requirements for storage, whole lot has happened. Russia/Ukrainian conflict for one. Not holding my breath as to any outcome or its significance. But it does really depend on what you want to put the emphasis on. It being a positive or negative thing. Or, it just is what ti's. And time will tell.

Shirley if the decision had been made already, why waste money consulting about it. That makesa no sense. Party A comes up with an idea. Party B might come up with an opposing idea. No decision yet made on either. Are either even viable and do they merit progressing further. If yes, then they pay for some consultants, to consult. If those up the decision chain so no, then that its, no consultants fees, money saved. Next...

Could be, Stokey. Assumed the SeaRose would be under it's own power but it could well be being assisted. It says it departed from the usual SeaRose site on the 27th and it's down to dock at the OQ right next to the building dock.
