Even from 15p to 12p is -20%. So, imo, it's already factored in.

3% of current issue is c. 17.8m. Approx half of what Link held.
Normally, if that's still a thing, ii's tend to TR1 when going just under the 3% then leave you guessing.

Assuming none other than link have changed their holdings after all the new addmisions are done the percentages should be something close to:-
Invesco with 52,485,973 or 7.9%
CF holding 45,965,011 or 6.9%
IP Group had 26,267,791 or 3.9%
And AR with 16,313,388 or 2.5%
All the others have long since gone under 3% and left.

The percentages keep changing with every new set of issued shares and can take while for them to be updated.
Especially, atm, where it is changing relatively often as each addmision is added.
Once everything is added in we should be at 663,860,098 shares in issue and the individual percentages can be finalised. IMO

Normaly ant gm, agm is part the title of the RNS.

KTRB or anyone else really, where did it give the dates for this GM. I knew that there had to be one, in order to vote on the next lot of shares being issued. But I think I've gone through most of the recent RNS's without much luck.
Someone asked the same question the other day but the reply didn't given an actual date for an actual GM just numbers and dates for the admissions. So, where was this GM announcement hiding, eh?

Just for clarity, read "numpties like me", are we saying that it is definately Link. Had 38M.
The only other ii's with that sort of holding is IP Group with 26.6m and Investco with 52m.
Guess we await a TR1 to confirm.

Nick. I guess because it's using today's bid/ask not Friday's, when the transaction took place.
If you could see the price action as to when it actually happend it can, sometimes, give a better indication as it what it actually was. Buy or sell. But it's never usually that clear cut, imo

Some plants seeds fair better than others but most can stay viable for years if kept dry.
And a lot longer if kept in an optimal enviroment such as at the Global Seed Vault in Svalbard, Norway.
So even if we miss this years early planters we would have seeds ready and in stock in advance of any new seed crops.
Though, it's still not to late, even for this years season. Reason being is it's more dependant on ground/air temperature rather than an actual specific date. Southern states would start earlier etc.
That is, if your are growing outdoors, obviously. Under glass you can stretch you earlier and later.
Overall it's more the available daylight hours that has the most effect. That is why indoor growers, not under glass, falsify the available light to mimic a typical season.

Well, if you have a quick scan of FCRM's RNS's you will get an idea of how much and how often they have been buying there.
Maybe they saw a better return, short time period... don't know, TBH, it was just an idea.
They were the smallest of the ii's from the placing with C. £350k initialy.
