Noted a few more requests for the Op to expand on his comment today and so have had a quick look to see what's changed here, to elicit the responses.

Was always interested in the tech here. So, going to spend a bit of time and reaquaint myself with whats been going on over the last 18 months.

Morning, Tango. So, any financial update would have to break with convention unless it was included as part of something else entirely.
Up to now they have been reticent to release details of contracts. Which I guess is par for the course. NDA's and such.
I'm just looking for a way that they could update the market, other than... you know, that other thing. :)

Just so I'm on the same page, what interim figures are due soon, Lottie?
I have been back and forth through previous years RNS's to see what might be due.
I'm eager to see some figures for the first six months trading of H&W. Our first ever operating revenues. :)
But I can't seem to see anything that might be due anytime soon.

We've already had the interims on the 30th of April. ( 6 month period up 31st Jan 2020)
Previous years was on 17th of April.
Before that we had the final results on the 8th of January. ( year ending 31 July 2019)
Previous year it was the 7th of January.
So, if the current FY doesn't end till the end of next month what figures are due?

I know we get random project updates, the odd strategy update and even the occasional contract RNS.
But the only thing I can see due is the Sales and Purchase Agreement for the FSRU, on or before 31 July 2020.
And overdue is confirmation of an extention to the term sheet from Vimto. ( 11 June )

What have I missed?

Regarding TR1's, another company i'm invested in had a similar situation recently with a ii selling.
The date on which they sold was 12/05/2020, they didn't inform the company until 15/06/2020.
Over a month later. It then took the company a further 9 days to release the info via RNS.
What I'm saying is it is not always straight forward. I'm sure truth will become apparent, eventually.
Not worth falling out over, imo.

Talking of Nasdaq listing I noticed on Wednesday morning that AMRYT filed a registration statement for impending US listing on Nasdaq. Not suggesting anything and not sure if CF still has an involvement there and TBH, never looked at them before.
Just noticing some similarities in the nature of their work and wondered if there could be any tie in's between the two companies at some point.

Was invested in QFI for years and recall some of the engines they were working with. So yeah , some of the those Mann diesel engines are gynourmous.

Don't mention the ML. I mentioned it once , but I think I got away with it. :)
