The remaining tranche, the 3 rd and final of £1,450,000 was due that same day

"Given the current COVID-19 situation, the Company has formally requested the Administrators for an extension period in order to pay the final amount of the consideration. Positive discussions are continuing with the Administrators to determine an optimum timeframe for the Company to complete this final tranche of payment. The Company will make an announcement as soon as an agreement has been reached. "
As far as I can see no such announcemnet has be forthcoming.

That's some sobering findings.

Well, I thought at the start of the year that I would give it till my birthday, today, for news on the ML till I got out and waited on the sidelines. So many things have changed in the last six months and some have not moved at all.
Even though I've reduced I'm still holding in the hope that somthing may transpire.
Sadly nothing has, besides H&W going great guns.
Got quite a high breakeven so kinda think I might leave some in and go play elsewhere.

One thing that is not mentioned in these contract RNS's is that any of these companies that we take on board, in what ever form, must see our greater potential for them, going forward. Whether that is additional contracts for their immediate needs or the use of our unique genomic database. Which, I'm sure is being shown to them as a way of helping their companies in the future.

Really depends on your stance here.
Trader or investor.
Getting follow-on contracts is a plus.
Getting new contracts is good.
Swap, you need to stop watching and just chill. :)

The company involved keeps their financials closed to a very competitive market.

I note from the the jobs section of infa's website that the Health, Safety and Environment Officer/Administrator job has a closing date for applications is Thursday 9th July.
Seems a lot of things are being put in place for something.
Decision for the FSRU is by the end of the month.
The appointment of a Project Manager to run "a" construction phase.
Didn't say IM though, just sayin'.
What if, and this is just me shootin' from the hip.
What if they may be aware that the ML is a non-goer.
What else have they got to fall back on?
Well, H&W, doing very well. And if you extrapolate the thought of getting the dock ready for something BIG. Like aircraft carrier big. All looks bright for the future.
The cruise ships, brilliant.
But, the only other thing left is the FSRU project.
It's not in a environmentaly sensitive area and it's also within reach of H&W for any infrastructure requirements.
It keeps all those involvled in gas sales and distribution on board.
AND, it's conected to the mainland. So no SNIP reversal needed.
Which sounds painfull, TBH.
Anyhoo, just my thoughts.
