FWIW, My chart is indicating that we may have had a Golden Cross this morning.
Last few times we have had the 50ma moving up throught the 200ma there has been a good ralley.

Regarding the Imutex NASDAQ listing, I have it in my head that CF intended to find a shell company that they could reverse into. Something already listed but not doing very well. Sound familiar?
Pretty certain he said as much in one the interviews a while back. But as there have been so many in recent months couldn't quite say when or where.
I can't think why else I have believed, for some time, that this was the plan.

So, the SP has gone back to where it was on the 11th. The day of the Quotient RNS.
Personally, I think if he had a mind to raise capital he should have done it on the day.
In essence, we have lost two weeks of what could have been a nice steady rise with the placing already done.
Since then the Sp has been up as far as c.15.50p and down to c.10.50p.
So now we start again, but with funds, a bit of dillution and even more potential.

Playing devil's advocate for a minute.
All those chunky delayed trades we saw the other day, some said they were in fact sells.
If so, could they have been peeps forward selling in preperation for this placing?

Couple of things from a quick speed read of todays posts.
AFAIC, it makes no difference if we lease or own the property. I would imagine most of the capx was in the furnishing of the premises. All the bells and whistles. Specialist equipment and monitoring gizzmo's.
All time highs are to be expected. Every day, from here up. It's all new territory for this new company.
It's not as if we have fallen from great highs and are reclaiming lost ground.
It's good to compare us to niche companies that have done well on the back of the covid thang.
But, BTH, we have more niche's than a company that speacialises in niches.

A quick back of the fag packet calc would suggest that 3% of issue, and therefore notifiable, would be c. 16,470,000.
Obviously those TR1's already holding would only have to step over the next whole % to have to notify.

Was kind of expecting the same today. And if we follow last weeks action I'm expecting it to start building momentum as we head towards cob today. And then fly tomorrow. :)

The consolidation this week has been far less harsh than last week.
By mid Thursday last week we were back below the price of the previous Friday.
This week we have stayed in much tighter range. Which has allowed the RSI to get set for what maybe the next leg up.
With anticipated news to come we are in a good place for a nice FOMO Friday before the long weekend.
May even start sooner. :)
