New terms for Appledore.
· 31 March 2022: £500,000
· 30 June 2022: £500,000
· 25 August 2022: £2.50 million (£2.10 million in cash and £0.40 million in the Company's shares)
· 25 February 2023: £2 million (£1.60 million in cash and £0.40 million in the Company's shares)

Total £4.70 million in cash and £0.8 million in shares.

The previous outstanding deal for Appledore was:-
Tranche 2 £1.50 million (£1.20 million in cash and £300,000 in the Company's shares)
Tranche 3 £2 million (£1.60 million in cash and £400,000 in the Company's shares)
Tranche 4 £2 million (£1.60million in cash and £400,000 in the Company's shares)

Total £4.4 milion in cash and £1.1 million in shares.

Which leaves the question, what happened to the missing August payment and the 300k shares.
As it looks like the cash has gone up ny 300k and the shares had reduced by 300k.

Pretty certain some of the people working on the pontoon are the same ones from back then.

Similar feelings of missed oppertunities. fwiw. Though many that were on that watchlist have also followed similar trends, eventually. Above all, I can at least find solace knowing that having done nothing, other than the odd badly timed top up, lol, is that unlike so many others on that watchlist, there has been no dillution. Lost profits, yes. But no dillution from placings. Cold comfort, maybe. But it's something, hey! :)

Picking out one part, " talking about the entire UK shipbuilding industry. It is spread right the way across the United Kingdom, and it is important that all of it thrives", it would be logical to think that we don't at least get something, even if the "big boys" do maintain their monopoly on the larger projects. Afterall, they can't do everything.
I know the locals are expecting something. What, they have no idea, or it's not filtered down, but given the continued increase in the workforce they are expectant. Let's hope they are not left wanting.

No mention of H&W or BTM, just Mumbai firm, Dutch firm and Spanish shipbuilding firm Navantia.

I would rather go cold than support Putin buy buying Russian gas. Quite happy to endure a bit of hardship, even if a token gesture, as it would help to stop paying for his war efforts. Just my opinion.
