From Wally's notes. (thanks yet again, Wally)
"- PrepBio - deal had been done, SPAC now down 95% as it has no cash - the plan was to handover shares in a Nasdaq listed company as dividend in specie on 10th January but it fell through. ‘We will get another deal - give us a little more time’ - the ‘beauty of the deal’ is that we can hand the shares straight over when we have them"
So, I was wondering, as all this was going on in the background, without being signposted. Other than the usual, " bare with us". Would that have meant that there would have been an unexpected RNS essentially saying, " here you go, deal done, and here are your new Nasdaq shares". Giving no time for those waiting for something to be announced, like POLB was, and be in just for the in specie shares. Or would they still have telegraphed it before it was finalised.
FWIW, I've inreased by a further third this morning, in anticipation. :)
