I would think they will retain some of the debt depending on how much cash the company have when any profits (PGMs andChrome) are added to the first payment. I would assume not very hopefully that the first payment would be the largest one by far and if so there will be plenty of investment cash.

Unless they want anymore copper resouces and the seller specifically asks for shares. Also, if the sale falls through there may be placings for other kit but I can't see that happening.

Probably because that would mean that at least some of them would have voted against and the board would then have to work out a way forward. PIs alone won't be overturning the motion.

Whatever the first payment is we will probably pay down a part of the debt and use the rest to expand the facilities.

I don't know how much JLP protect their tech but there should be clauses in the contracts that would prevent this sort of thing.
