Main question on here is will the instis vote for it. Answer, yes if they think it is a goer, no if not. Probably most PI's won't vote at all . Perhaps we might consider the amount of time and capital that has gone into expanding the copper facilities over the last six years as well as the testing to get to the stage we are at now before we just criticize the amount of copper produced. A comparison of what we own now in relation to 2019 would be interesting. Only fair even if it has taken longer than expected. Had PGMs kept their value we would have been much further on.

If we sell it Dorf it will be because the shareholders voted for it. If PGMs continue to rise rapidly and we could be making 10s of millions net profit, the board will have to look again and whoever is making the offer will have to up the price. If Leon has said we are getting a multiple between 10 and 15X net profit for the company 90 million will then not be enough.

Charles Archer is not a paid promoter and if you start selling companies just based on your thesis you would need your head looking at.

If the Instis think that Leon is being truthful about the possibilities and he has the full backing of the board there is little doubt that this will go through.

What is the point of them releasing the details in an RNS. The circular will be a much more detailed document containing material that is still being worked on. Nothing is "off" because of that. Too much useless speculation here of the kind and quality that got poor women burned as witches in the past.

On this planet if by using the proceeds elsewhere you make considerably more profit than you would have had for shareholders had the asset not been sold. ( Even if it wasn't even sold at full value) As I have said many on here are looking at this from the wrong angle. It's corner shop economics. The figures I want to see are those which show the projected difference between selling and retaining the PGM/Chrome business. Anything else is bad business practice.

They will have to show us some substantive proof Noexcuses. Results of tests and projections for Sable and Roan based on them.

Maybe, but the real question is can we make better use of the money for copper. There are too many simplistic calculations going on which are as I said corner shop economics. I'm sure we will get a full argument for the deal especially from our FD.

At full production of 14kt/yr in FY2028 (Zeus view), the current copper price and a cost of $5,000/t copper – The Sable-Roan-Munkuyo-“G” complex could produce an EBITDA of ~$50m. Zambia upside. With the large waste project (~20kt/yr copper production) and two new near surface mining opportunities already in due diligence the potential for Jubilee copper production to grow further is CONSIDERABLE.
