It all comes down to what our net profit in SA has been for the year with possibly a realistic estimate for 2026. If the selling price is a fair multiple of that I for one will likely accept the offer on the basis that our copper production is functioning properly. Most other arguments are irrelavent.

SA Cr was just above 200 in February, peaked in May and June at 300 and fell steadily to areond 265 now as Seis said.

SA Chrome prices have dropped from around $400 per ton to $150 so no recovery there.

The figures will be out before the vote and in time for the E/AGM if it is August. They are not going to be expecting a vote before a meeting and it will take some time before that to organise. PGM forecasts are interesting though as long as people look at the figures dispassionately and don't add there own expectations to them. They tell a slightly different story to what has been doing the rounds from some on here.

If instis think we are switching out of PGMs there will be a few who's main focus is on them and they might well wish to check out. Hopefully it's not many. If the copper situation looks good though we could well see traffic the other way (eventually). I'm as impatiant as most to see that damned circular.

Trading at less than NAV so whatever happens the stock is worth more than this. Plenty on here want to see further falls and if anyone thinks this board has no influence on the sp where else do you think that investors are getting their information from?

Hardly an insult 4ever . It is just that there is a good deal of unrealism in many of the posts on here which just becomes irritating. Even to mention how many shares we hold as private investors ( or small fund managers) and to imagine that we can influence the outcome is hubristic. As to shares and losses I have a lot and considerable paper losses having held for 4 years all the way down having bought all the way up. I am not however prejudging the contents or veracity of the circular as many are doing either to their disadvantage or (as they are scheming) supposed advantage.
