It took ages to find info on that ISPY fund, not invested there. Found the info on the HL page under ISPY at the bottom.

I did find a clue that LGEN might have bought some recently for their ISPY fund. It could be that the recent rise here caused DARK to jump up the top 10 holdings there. It really is called ISPY.

I was close to beating them to it. It was obvious what to do 30-31 Jan and first week of Feb, then I bagged the dips, still got them. I think the EBT might have done best but that is beyond me?

Interesting that Darktrace has jumped up to 3rd largest holding. Last time I noticed DARK they were at 10th place then disappeared. I think the holdings here are updated at month end or if something unusual happens.

To provide further clarity, the 'Online India Bill' was mentioned in one article and the 'Digital India Bill 2023' was mentioned in the other. Both articles were written in India. One of the journalists was, or appeared to be, disappointed at the long timescale taken to update 23 year old existing legislation and even mentioned 19th Century Law. I did wonder whether they may have a hidden agenda but that would depend on why they were writing the article. That wasn't clear in my opinion.

Who in their right mind would announce on Twitter that Tesla were accepting Bitcoin and then change their mind shortly after? Who in their right mind would pay $44Billion for Twitter and then lay everyone off? Musk holds the all-time record for lost personal wealth, rumoured to be between 180 and 200 Billion $US down over an uncertain but short time.

How much plant equipment do ALL need? What does it cost? Will it require more than one HGV delivery at once to build the main excavator on site? Do you need the heavy duty mobile crane to assemble the caterpillar tracks? Logistics. The excavators can weigh between 800 and 1100 Tonnes.

Ofcom estimate the cost of implementing OS Bill legislation at £169 Million over 2 years. I would like to add to the speculation. The cost of not implementing this legislation could be 10 or more times that figure every day.

Elsewhere, a search for ''Online Safety Bill News'' revealed some articles about proposed legislation in India, the 'Online India Bill'. This appeared at the top of results and not all search engines work in the same way. Maybe they are waiting to see what happens in the UK before finalising their Law.

Tuesday - Darktrace were mentioned twice, mid-day and late afternoon, on Ian King Live, the Sky News show. I almost choked on a slice of fruit cake because I thought that would happen, then it did happen. I could be wrong but I think Ian King and hs team might be following Darktrace.

Maybe there will be some articles in the Sunday press?

I presume the O.S. Bill will be passed into Law as the Online Safety Bill as per the usual naming convention. I could be wrong so don't quote me on that minor point. I anticipate this development will bring about significant change. Who knows?
