Interesting but I don't think anyone should risk alleging that, mind you that Mon RNS was as near to throwing the towell in as possible and within a few days we're suddenly alive again. Anyone doubting how dubious this game is just check the earlier interview where Colin clearly states that there were problems with PG-11a from the outset (Sep 2017 if you take that as prod testing) and then in the Tues conf call it was shoehorned in early doors that the problems started from March 18 - hmmm. If I get out of this with funds intact I doubt I'll be entering this murky world again unless for some fun trading tiny amounts certainly not putting my honest hard earned into Aim as an investment, there's probably ten times more integrity in trap 6 at Romford than the entirety of this market. Just hope everyone gets there money back and don't believe the 2p plus merchants - completely unrealistic.

Assuming it's a buyout which Colin has hinted at then everything depends on having more than one suitor. Plainly with just one our vulnerable position with the wells and income puts us right on the back foot. If two or more believe in the recoverable asset, that the permits will come and that what we have achieved so far with infrastructure is appreciated in terms of route to market then some of the figures mentioned are possible. Seriously though if the 'handful' becomes one before any offers are made I think there's going to be tears, myself included.

Looks like someone's taken £50,000's worth. While follow the money is usually good advice I'm still cautious. I know the conf call seemed to lean towards a complete sale remember a JV is still possible and could now be met with disappointment . Also don't rule out that a sale doesn't have to be a cash deal, or even that political phrase of the moment 'no-deal' and liquidation. Not deramping (my av is 1.7p) just think some moderating voices are needed amongst the enthusiasm.

If this old favourite has popped up already I apologise.... but there's a quote from Mr Wolfe in Pulp Fiction ('Don't let's start ********** just yet') which might apply here but was it Welshandproud who seemed to be very worried early last week - anyway if you're still around I hope some of the stress is alleviating slowly! Bound to be some twists and turns yet though.

Honestly the levels of impatience on this board are unbelievable. If you didn't know that investing in junior O&G explorers is all about believing promises while watching your life savings dwindle away to nothing over ten years then you shouldn't be buying AIM stocks - so naive! I'm sick to death of all the bedwetting types coming on here expecting Zaza to produce a modest return on their investment - selfish keyboard layabouts the lot of you, that man is working his fingers to the bone - stop bothering him! Oh and another thing I'm the only one who's allowed to email him and I can tell you he's worried sick about where Dustin's got to and on top of that he's been cross eyed ever since that Core Finance TV interview. Did anyone else notice how quickly Colin mentioned that there were problems with PG-11a from March 2018? I'm a little troubled by that as I have (along with other posters) noted that in one of the podcasts he admitted it was a problem from the outset which could reasonably be assumed to be the start of production testing in Sep 2017. Overall though I found the conference call positive and it's obvious they're shifting it on as a complete buyout. My guess is it will be 1.69p if only because my average is 1.7 and I fully expect one last twist of the knife!

.... what is everyone expecting from this evening? Without an afternoon news of the long awaited 'knight in shining armour' I'm fearing he's going to be making the case for lifting the restrictions on an equity raise (as voted for at the AGM). Last Monday's doomsday RNS could have been aimed at softening us up with the new hope coming on the 9th..... the next piece of the jigsaw is starting to look predictable.

Thanks Bradis missed that (re. 1%), if you've got a very high boredom threshold the exclusion clauses on notifications are worth a read.

Isn't the threshold for notification 3% and you only have to notify of a 1% increase if you are accumulating above 10% of the company. Anyway I have just been trying to read and digest the rules and needless to say the exemptions for disclosure are extensive - many involving mm's activities, who would have guessed?

Well let's hope so chaps - I've watched the interviews again and he's so convincing. Talking about new wells I'll be a lot happier if it's confirmed that the mystery hedge fund are happy to finance the deeper Eldari B drilling at Niko. If the case is so compelling I would have thought that bit of admin would have been tidied up by now. Assuming the matter had already been discussed with the fund at the time of those interviews it's getting on for a month now. Perhaps it will come with the stunning T-45 results just after lunch!

Fair comment Star but it's the 'no evidence' that is the problem. Zaza can easily wriggle off the hook with the 'commercial' comment by saying yes they were flowing commercially but have declined during testing and we'll hear all about the poor condition of the old well and some new exciting horizon. If I've learn't one thing here it's to concentrate on explorers like SOU with funding for new wells. That's not going to make me popular on this board but it does seem to be one false dawn after another - nobody would be happier than me to be proved wrong about FRR but without some convincing flow rates I'm considering damage limitation.

We shouldn't have to be attempting to decipher the company's strategy from a broker note. This more than ever demands that FRR deliver a comprehensive, transparent and honest update. No smoke and mirrors, no buying time, no orchestrated interviews just a complete statement of where we are on every element of the programme.
