@Zookeeper, on Monday 15th June the price closed at £2.15, today it’s at £3.40... so that’s a 58% increase. Nothing compared to earlier in the year, but far from sideways? Besides, I’m delighted to be able to buy down here, I’d say 90% of the market is obsessed with other Covid stocks - they’ll only start to take notice once we break £5 IMO.

@NovaSight, you’re overthinking this by a mile, the board won’t be sitting around concocting strategies like that to get the share price to increase. The average investor won’t decide to invest in a small cap due to a few job adverts, if they wanted an increase in share price they would drop repeated rampy RNS’s a la TILS back in July / Aug.

Also a month is nothing for a job ad. You need at least a week to shortlist CV’s, another week for first round interviews, another week for finals & then negotiate, make an offer, sign the contract. You can’t do that in a couple of days.

How long is “so long”? Do you have any statistics on when they were first advertised vs the actual start date of new employees? It’s pretty common for roles to be filled weeks prior to job adverts being taken down - it makes sense to leave it up in case anything goes wrong with the initial hire.

Yes they are very good indeed. The points re. Winterplex are particularly relevant, they have outdone themselves in getting this product released in late August & could/probably should secure a huge DHSC contract for the next two winter periods at least...

So at least 20m, which also explains the following comment;

"We now have significant levels of stock in order to respond to emergency customer demands and we are able to provide our customers the confidence in supply continuity. With the uncertainties of border controls, disrupted global transportation and uncertainties such as BREXIT we believe supply chain certainty is a key competitive advantage."

657k test produced each day...every day. Even at a sales price of only £3 per test this equates to £2m revenue per day, at a gross margin of 60%+. In reality it's likely to be at least £5. Spectacular operational execution to achieve that level of production scale up!

Some lock ins just stipulate that shares cannot be sold before X date, however this one clearly states sold or transferred. If you’re forward selling you are transferring to another party, so I don’t think so, but who knows. Hopefully immaterial anyway.

@What, Vatel can’t sell or transfer before March 21, as opposed to later this year;

“Vatel has agreed to a lock-in period for a certain number of the Ordinary Shares, whereby 1,107,255 Ordinary Shares will not be sold or transferred before 31 December 2021, and a further 1,033,438 Ordinary Shares will not be sold or transferred before 31 March 2021. Hopefully be that stage any selling will be absorbed by larger II buyers what want exposure to a rapidly expanding global diagnostics company...

No need to ramp anymore is there? Once the half year results are out in the open & the Q3 revenue run rate is confirmed, I suspect we’ll start to see some bigger UK institutional investors come on board. There will be plenty of II’s that are interested in holding shares here, but unlike the majority of AIM shares they won’t be able to get in on a discounted placing, pay up or miss out!

Interesting that the rise into close today was triggered by the plunging Eur - GBP exchange rate rather than a rise in Paris. It adds an additional dimension to an already brilliant share, hedging us against the stupidity being undertaken by Boris & co. If the pound hits parity, at least we’ll be better off here by 8%.

The next couple of weeks leading into results /AGM/EGM should be fun, once the financials are on the table I think we’ll see a real volume surge & re-rate.

Ha, your comment about it not being a good time to hold small techy stocks suggested to me that you thought it was a bad idea to hold loopup shares (clearly many of the sellers this week felt the same way). Cue a very positive RNS the following day & immediately you claim to have topped up. Seems a tad duplicitous to me...

All irrelevant though, these guys are flying - a top 5 global law firm signing after a ‘pilot’ of 300 users suggests they could add a few million a year in revenue. Re-rate back to £5+ should resume today :)

Disagree on it being a bad time to hold a share like LOOP, the big tech on NASDAQ ran up to ridiculous valuations, in terms of market cap gain they had exceeded reality & a correction was inevitable.

LOOP doesn’t have that problem, and yet it’s service is very much in demand. Today’s news re. Vaccine problems & renewed social distancing measures reinforce the fact that working from home is here to stay.

The current drop replicates what happened in May, when the price dropped from 148 to 110 (25%), from the peak of 248 to the low of 193 yesterday was a 22% fall. It’ll have shaken out the weak holders, but a continuation of the uptrend would seem odds on given the business fundamentals & macro tailwinds.

Ah there he is, I’m sure you’re delighted with the fall given you are clearly short. If it’s does drop further I’ll happily add a few more.

By the way did you get a response from the RENX board about your idea of delisting from NASDAQ? Truly the stupidest point I’ve even seen raised on LSE.

Really interesting share this one, it had been off my radar until today... Surely at £25m market cap it's materially mispriced? Based on how low the free float is, combined with positive recent momentum, I think a short term target of £1 is readily achievable. Also always positive to see a share finish the day on a high.

Overhang from the Friday 17m sell about to clear - should get a bounce back to the 3.4-3.7 range...

Laughable that after yet more large buys this morning to add onto those over the last few weeks, the market makers find a way to drop the price back to £2.30 on about £10k of sells... using the US as an excuse no doubt, but that didn’t help us when Zoom rose 40%.

2018 interims were 6th September
2019 Interims were 17th September

So hopefully get numbers in the next few trading days and resume our rise back towards fair value.

Putting 2 + 2 together, AGM have released a lot of RNS's lately, and will need more cash at some point to support their expansion. Even including today's 29% fall, they are still up 214% over the last 3 months, so it would make a lot of sense to raise when the price is high. So that would be my guess.
