Re that the US listing may be postponed - agree generally. The listing is / was always dependant on 'market conditions'. If TRMR cannot get the number of shares sold it wants, and or at its target price then it will be pulled. However, before now and listing date the company has a lot to say about current trading - it has been curiously quiet for quite some time, probably due to confidentiality as discussions continue and getting the timing right to inform the market.

From YE accounts "Management believes that our enhanced TV intelligence offering, when launched, will further solidify our leadership position and allow us to cultivate even stronger client relationships in the future." It is worth re-reading the accounts section "TV Intelligence Solutions". Nicely timed prior to updating the market on progress of the proposed listing ... and it could be a few more weeks yet before we are told anything.

On the back of the other strong Adtec earnings reports we now have, it's all looking good for this sector right now."

The advertising platform provider notched some of its fastest growth of the year in late 2020, with sales jumping 48% as adjusted operating margin soared to 48% of sales from 39% a year earlier. CEO Jeff Green summed up the favorable selling environment well, saying, "Marketers are being more deliberate and data-driven, and [so] they are gravitating to the advertising opportunities of the open internet."

"That positive momentum is expected to continue into early 2021. Most investors who follow the stock are looking for sales to rise 35% to about $217 million, a target that sits on the high end of management’s mid-February outlook. But the stock's trajectory this week will depend on the updated forecast that Green and his team issue for the second quarter that began in April."

Interestingly, Trade Desk, Magnite and Pubmatic have all been shorted, Pubmatic very heavily so and commentators expect a short squeeze here this week and next as all three report earnings for Q1 and a trading statement / guidance for Q2. The long term trend (200 day MA) is still upwards on all three and the SP appears to be rebounding sharply upwards from just above the 200 day MA trend level. All three look over sold, especially Magnite and Pubmatic. If I had spare funds I would have been in those two Friday just gone.

I'd get in today, mate. It's going to 1200 within a couple of weeks. If the market believes the US listing will be successful, the price on AIM will go up to what the market believes the IPO price will be at the time of listing. The market price and trading volumes over the next few weeks will reveal all. For sure, an awful lot of discussions between the major shareholders, the company and new potential US fund investors has been going on behind the scenes. Once those negotiations have been finalised and settled, the market price will adjust to whatever has been decided. It's pre ordained now.

Interesting to see who is bank rolling the losses at OVO. GS now joined in. The margins are so tight that the only way to gain market share is to offer new customers loss making tariffs. I'm just staggered at how many years this has now gone on for. Something has got to give - either the 'shareholders' throw in the towel (as SSE did) and they go bust or it's the end of below cost energy deals for customers, which equals less 'competition' and far fewer people switching. Ironically, one of the biggest costs for energy suppliers is the admin of dealing with customers leaving and joining. If fewer switched, bills would be cheaper! Figure that.

"With potential new suppliers now having to meet an increased range of financial and sustainability requirements by Ofgem before they can start trading, the number of domestic suppliers has continued to fall. Over time, this should reduce the hidden cost to the energy industry (and therefore ultimately on customers through higher prices) of the mutualisation of debts left behind by repeated independent energy companies exiting the market.

Are you one of them? Should you be one of them? OD has been granted 3,750,000 shares (if US listing completes). He gets 1,250,000 a year for 3 years. That's exactly £9 million at £7.20 per share. They also agreed to cap his remuneration at 12 million dollars per year - what is the exchange rate? (Let me guess - 1.333) And we all expect the share price to be higher when he actually gets the shares. Also, of note is only about half of shareholders voted - about 70 million, which is about the three largest holders. Not only did PIs not bother, but the smaller institutions!

£7.20 per share again - the SP has stuck here since the announcement of the EGM and the directors' remuneration package. Coincidence or conspiracy? Exactly at $12 million, based on 1,250,000 shares.

EH9 on the ADVFN has posted this. Worth a read - analyst conference call from H1 2020. Includes directors' comments on the company's share price, relative valuation and the market's lack of faith in their business model of going full stack. Ironically, TRMR has higher profit margins and higher revenue growth rates than the so called peers.

He agrees the broker's forecasts are rather too low.

To the nearest $10m, last year nothing was made in the first half, $10m in Q3 and $50m in Q4 - total $60m EBITDA for the year as a whole. So far this year, Q1 is not far off $30m. (2019, first half was $20m and second half was $40m) Not every body likes to forecast, but if you do, you can do your own. Then work out a modest 20 times to 30 times EBITDA. (Reference - TTD is expected to do around $300m this year and is trading at $30Bn - 100 times forward rating).

Good words - further, substantial and upgrades. I like the 's' - it's plural. UpgradeSSSSSSSSS! Sounds like Finncap can't put a figure on it - it's just gonna be huge, but how hugh, they can't say - 3/4 of year to go and any thing could happen (either way, I suppose).
