Bought another lot at 35.8 - will keep toping up as funds come in. This is a gift and for those of a buy and hold nature like me, IMO, 12 months from now we will be very happy indeed. ATB and have a good Christmas break everyone.

The share price stagnation despite a huge reduction in shorts. If this continues, surely it will be taken back into private hands. Ridiculous position foe a profitable company with little debt. I've added again in the 30's. Rude not to IMO.

Hosai, I think the market will be very surprised by the update. Whey prices, energy, China etc are all slowly edging towards favouring THG but the share price remains low. It is quite possible the city does not trust MM and will wait until numbers to the talking . A big re-rate will happen when this is due. Stay patient and hold is what most punters here I feel should to. That is the key. Shorting companies rely on people's fear and selling out as soon as they are back at break even. The fact THG is about a 1/3rd of true value means anyone selling too soon will repent in pleasure, is but sadly many will sell too soon which is a forgone conclusion. ATB.

BP has already written off this investment. I'm sure they will be happy to say any profits, when they come, if they come, can be donated to Ukraine for rebuilding. No issue at all and a fuss over not a lot. Keeps Ukraine in the news and oil companies are easy prey currently. Just politics. Imo.

Suspect it signals a combination of long and 'lent out' shares. Possible they are long but with a hedge the other way. Let them play games. This is a energy strapped world and pfc is in the business of keeping energy infrastructure going. Beggars belief people think its a bad time to be invested here. Stay calm folk, imo this is the time to load up not sell. Not advice just opinion.

Topped up again today. This energy starved world needs infrastructure companies. At this price pretty much every significant investor is in negative and I cannot see how buyout firms will not be circling. You pay your money and take your chances here. ATB and all IMO of course.

Think this has been oversold. In this energy starved world, how on earth is this share price close to all time lows. Madness.

Some sense has returned. Too cheap still for a company raking in billions in profit. Share buybacks are helping steady the ship when the flaky bail. Onwards.

Lots of doom and gloom about. The chancellor should be sad as his master plan of fleecing oil companies is not going to plan. For investors, its a hiccup. Buybacks will mop up even more shares at this price. Stay strong.

The pandemic low forced BP to make massive efficiency changes and a lot of investment in green technology. Since then, the 'cash machine' has been doing its thing. Debt significantly lower than before. All points to a very robust future in oil, gas and renewable energy.
WFT for bp isn't a significant issue but is definitely a drag on sentiment. A dividend rise will put a booster under the share price and Looney needs to just get on with it. Not increasing dividend hasn't stopped the left baying for a WFT. Might as well abandon caution and show two fingers to the lefty nuts.
