Only positive news that was supposed to push the price up would have been an increase in international travel .If that does not happen then company would have to raise some money to strenghten balance sheet.I was expecting that news to be included in previous update but think company took the gamble on rising international travel.That is not happening so company has to take some sort of preventive measurements.

Is expecting some sort of capital raise as international travel does not seem to be improving and company has issued statement on 16 September.It would be interesting to see what sort of options company is looking at and how much it is looking to raise .My guess is rights issue.

Accmmating , we will find out soon.

I have come across many years imcompetent bods but this bod is one of worst Bods I have ever seen on aim.It has spunked away 200 millions and has nothing to show for it .Oil and gas is a risky buisness but I have seen some companies doing really well like Rockrose enegy and this company had 220 millions and could have borrowed more to buy some decent sized assets to reward shareholders.Company would not have relied on falklands assets and would have made some decent cash along the way.Management could not get off its backside and shareholders are paying the price.Premier wont be investing in Falklands for two or three years as it is in dire financial situation.

"Usual suspects" have set their eyes on Hur for full blown "p&d", but I guess if they could not pump and dump it at 6/7 level, what chance they stand to pump it now.It is not where Tops/Afzal and few others tweet and next thing you now it starts flying,them trick work well for illiquid micocaps, pumping and dumping a stock like Hur is not easy and this time somebody is using their tricks on them as he is using liquidity to offload his holding. This one was EPS and whole thing was based on proving model , drilling new wells and increasing production.This one has not even gotten oven proving model and this is why bonds are trading at 38%.But go through trades today you see small trades mostly buys followed by big sells.

Share price keeps on falling so may be private investors are being lured in or somebody is using volume to offload his holding.Even themuir01 has stopped"topping up".People were roped.in by him are sitting on 20% loss and it would increase tomorrow.

Managed to sucker in further private investors who would want to sell at 3,Got a feeling that ptivate investors are being suckered in before all of this collapses and falling price of oil is not helping either.

Will these guys hang about till then, I dont think so. Right now I see a mad rush to get out, so any rise would be heavily sold into.Share bounced off 3.10 on Friday and this lot have taken it to 2.70 and they are to sell yet.

that "theimur01, majorboy and other "p&d" merchants have been talking about all weekend?Did warn you that share would be hard to "p&d"as some traders tried to do so at around 6.5 level and now they are "long-term shareholders".People have been "averaging down" at the same time too many are trying to sell and result is in front of us.Right now they would sell at some point and that can take it to alltime low.

Should be interesting as half of "p&d" sold on Friday when they failed to get any profit and some of them took 10/15% losses.But guess some of these are going to take even bigger losses tomorrow.So by Tuesday Themuir ,major and other would be posting same thing on other Bb.

Any company would want to buy Hurricane as they have to pay bondholders first and then bid for equity.Bondholders are willing to take 38% of their so why not buy bonds and then buy this company for 110 millions, instead of paying 350 millions.

If it has been shared by ************s then rest assured that Tops and his crew are hell bent on "p&d" this to get out with a profit.Themuir , Majorboy, Hereshopein and many others got in on Friday thinking they can p&d it like other stocks.

Oil price rose to 45 dollars if I am not wrong .But I am watching it from sidelines not looking to take a position and I am convinced that traders who got in on Friday would sell on Monday if "bounce" does not materialize.

Most of these people say that in every share they invest in after a big fall, oversold, fundamentals, undervalued bla bla, once they have taken their 10% you wont hear from them ever. Many of us including me were convinced that it cant fall lower than 6 but it did.Some peole got in at 6/7 thinking they would make an easy 100% and that 100% never came.Think share went on to hit 10 from 6 but that only lasted 1 day.Very few people had a chance to get out with a profit .In these sort of scenarios bonds and shorts tend to give general indication.If shorts have increased and bonds are trading at huge discount to actual value then that means that they see further weakness or are convinced that company cant survive.

May be you need to learn a thing or two, bond price tends to reflect the value of a company, if a bond is trading at 50% discount then that means that bondholders are convinced that they wont get their full money back and they are willing to take 50% loss.

People are sprouting this takeover nonsense but if anybody wants to buy this company he has to pay bondholders first and that is 250 millions.But hang on a mintue somebody mentioned that bonds were trading at 38 cents so that means bondholders are willing to take 62% cut so they are valuing entire assets at 90 millions.If they are taking 62% cut then there is no value left for equity holders.On top of that big investors sometime tend to short stocks to cover their backs if something goes wrong and that is what happened to premier oil when one of its biggest investors was shorting a big percentage of company.

It looks like company is trying to hide something, they were supposed to drill more wells to increase production but what we have seen is completely opposite, I remember when they shut in 7z, all of us were speculating that they might have to sidetrack or drill new well , we have not heard anything about that as well. That is why I said that company has to prove this model.Bod is trying to draw further salaries or keep fleecing private investors as far as they can .

It was Mrd, think Deos lost some money but was not 350k.Nmc had red flags left , right and centre and too many of us tried to warn them but they refused to listen and then rest is history.
