Some historical tax losses I think about 4 billions to claim against any production in north sea , but it had some assets like falklands, talmount, cacher and Zama , not to mention of Indonesian assets. The way I look at it is that Chrysoar has paid off 2.7 billions but with that they can use prmier's historical tax losses to offset any capital gain tax on North sea production , they are also getting a company with 130k bopd production and which has some assets which can be developed really quickly to increase production.
