So if somebody buys 3 shares today at 117 and he gets to buy 1000 rights via right issue for 1300 shares he has paid 671, which is probably half than your "magic number".

Where did you get this magic number from and what is logic behind it?

Shouting rights issue for weeks and some people thought they are getting the bargain.Now we know why was management not denying or confirming these "rumors" as plan was to encourage private investors to stay invested and then drop a bombshell one morning.

Too many traders got in to make quick 10/20% and are stuck .So they are trying to mislead others by saying that shorters need to buy bla bla bla.Even at yesterday's price 32 is more than 70% discount .So wait for it to hit 32 or near before getting in.

Expect a lot of foolish posts, why would shorters want to buy now when they know that 32p share about to hit market in near future.

Shorters and new funds can wait for another month to get in around 32.

Level regardless so there is no point in buying shares now to get rights entitlements.

But I was trying to warn people of very same end and people did not listen.But discount is horrible, I did think that 90 would be bottom but 32 is brutal.

Not really dont think there is any alternative way of raising that much.I did think that rights issue would be carried out at 100 plus or minus 10 but it could be lower than that..

as why would anyone take up rights at 100 when at this rate shares are cheaper to buy in open market?

Price is lower than 100 or may even be at lower than 90, but an official announcement cant be really far.

Poker has a history of posting most idiotic posts to win the argument,lwrf was a company which got delisted, shareholders can only trade it thtough a broker and ironically that broker has its own accoujt suspened and our friend thinks that investors were robbed .He was making similar comments on clodbuy , this is cheap bla bla. I guess that he did not get in at 143 as he would have got out at 168 to get his quick 10/20%.

MCAP - £163k .... Looking really cheap now...... their software and domain name must be worth way more than that ...and with more invested in the PHBChoices this could turn the corner, especially with the Admin costs now cut back ...

I want these traders to stay in until the end as dont think many of these tend to hold a share longer than a week , poor souls would have to wait for a very long time to break even.

Hahaha shareholders were robbed, last time I checked broker we were meants to trade them through has its account suspended but hey who cares.Cloudbuy you were encouraging others to buy it on its last trading day if I remember correctly .

@jib in my not so long investing career I have come across many companies which have screwed investors big time so dont think company cares about its shareholders or reputation, if things go wrong management would get to keep its jobs, shareholders would get nothing and creditors would get assets.

Are you for real? But wait company can deny this by saying that it is not looking to raise any money through rights issue . Secondly why is it looking at all of these "options" if its financial condition is sound? I remember arguing with you over lwrf and cloudbuy, when you were encouraging others to buy shares in them when they were about to get delisted and we know what happened. If you were in for a trade and think that you can ramp it to make a few quick 5/10% or I can deramp it then think twice as this is not tiny illiquid aim microcap.But may be we can have this argument after rights issue is sorted.
