There was quite evidently a lot of ramping going on yesterday. Remember liquidity is thin here, that's why it went so up so much so quickly the last two days. Any pumper/s trying to exit is going to have to sell in to minimal liquidity when there isn't a buying frenzy and the price will dump as a result.

At current prices 2.44g/t Au and 0.3% Cu is approximately 2.8g/t AuEq

To be honest 125m at those grades is really quite good. Well over 2.5g/t AuEq.

One thing, regarding the River and Mercantile holding, I am not sure they actually hold that amount any more. Morningstar indicated a month or two ago that they'd sold down to about 1.9% of the company.

I've been watching the chart quite closely for the last few days. It has just broken out of a descending wedge formation (these more often that not break to the upside) on the daily log chart.

If that is the case we should see some TR-1's, but we don't. Of course Morningstar has reported various holding increases/decreases but nothing has been reported to market. There was also never a TR-1 RNS for the Interactive Investor holding which came out of nowhere earlier in the year.

It's been going on for months. Usually first thing in the morning but also can be all throughout the day.

Almost every day. Who trades like this? It makes no sense. Given the low volume here it *could* be an attempt to stop any upward move in the share price which might otherwise occur.

All of these sold shares (although there are minimal amounts given the low volume) are going somewhere. As I posted previously the AXA Framlington UK Smaller Companies fund went over the the 3% threshold (this has not been reported to market yet) sometime before the end of June. It appears they bought over 6 million shares in the last couple of months. The Earth Exploration Fund UI EUR R fund also picked up 1.2 million shares.

If there is nothing dodgy going on behind the scenes and SD does actually come online this is a screaming buy. Similar 50% falls have happened to other oil stocks since last year too. SDX never really rose with the rest of them and has been battered even harder than average due to PW and his lies.

Right now you could buy the company, get US$11m in cash, spend no CAPEX, run down the assets in Egypt and you'd make tens of millions more than you spent.

Now US$28m. South Disouq should generate after tax profits of almost half of this number.

The saving they are making on Squelcho's US$1M+ salary should allow a decent bribe to be paid to whoever needs to get one in Egypt to get the CPF through customs.
