None of the key shareholders have sold so far as we know so far. They hadn't sold just before or after the delist too.

I can get a quote to sell on II. Haven't tried to dummy buy though.

So that Interactive Investor holding was built up long before the delist was complete.

Probably the same for most other brokers as there has been very little volume last two days.

Classic broker cock-ups. Not many have been able to trade SDX since the open on Tuesday. Once trading becomes possible again, there's likely to be a huge amount of volume as people who couldn't trade yesterday or today try to do so all at once. Could be a spike down or up. Given that this is SDX we are talking about, probably down.

That's quite a plausible explanation.

*Ludicrous valuation.

This hit a low of approximately 19.4p equanimity equivalent on the TSX greatest after Shafter announced he'd dumped. Valued SDX at under £40m. Ludicrous Barkstovaluation. Can't understand why he dumped so low.

We'll see won't we. Come the 28th, I wonder if we'll see Waha etc start to buy the extra 10% I theorise they want.

Doubt it's a fund. Do they even do funds? It's most likely an accumulation of nominee holdings which has gone up very significantly recently as it was never reported before.

Coincidentally (or not) 4.56% (the Interactive Investor holding) is just less than 10m shares, which we know were dumped. Not sure where they came from, but the majority haven't come from any of the larger holders.

This also confirms the two big shareholders have not sold down at all.
