"No cost overruns to date. Remaining gross capex of US$7.3 million (net to SDX US$4.0 million) will be funded by a gross US$5.9 million AR offset and US$1.4 million cash."

A further US$2.95M of SDX's receivables figure will used to fund the remainder of CAPEX and also US$700k of cash. The cash should start to build again after this final outlay.

Going forward, given the improving fiscal position of Egypt, hopefully SDX will be getting paid on time for the SD gas and condensate.

I don't know how accurate or up to date that list is but the other holdings match those listed on SDX''s website.

Some were doubtful they'd be able to recover the receivables quickly or offset them on the development project but it does appear that SDX are making full use of the remaining balance.

At 50mmscf/d, I think post-tax profit will be more like US$10M-US$12M per year. Still not too shabby.

I also noted that the current production rate of 6mmscf/d in Morocco is from four customers only. The remaining four are drawing very low amounts of gas. A FY19 estimate of 6.5mmscf/d has been given but that could prove to be conservative. 7mmscf/d by YE or better will be a good result in my book given the previous fiasco.

Unlikely, it's never been listed on any register I've ever seen. It came out of nowhere in May this year. Yes there will be others (such as myself who hold SDX shares with II) but a significant amount have been bought by someone this year.

You've made another mix up;

Interactive Investor (or whoever they are holding shares on behalf of) hold 4.56% of the company, not 4.5 million shares. 4.56% equates to 9.3 million shares.

Proactive own 4.5 million shares of SDX?

Official guidance is more or less meaningless here. Credibility is going to take SD coming online and other targets getting hit to be rebuilt.
