Im not trying to scare anyone, I am only arguing to open the accounts and read them and make an informed decesion. I have tried to point out that supporting JB is not in the interest of longs as his plan doesnt make sense or should it be allowed by a responsible regulator. Amigo doesnt have the cash to play games with JB or the time. This might evolve in to an interesting long but not yet. The market punishes poor performance quickly and is slow to forgive. For longs this needs real news; (1) JB getting a resounding No or I suspect he will keep trying (2) Debt agreement allowing cash for growth (3) An agreed lending process going forward (4) clear the complaints back log (5) good PR on supporting their borrowers maybe even including bringing APR down to 39.99%. How hard is that? If JB gets in all bets are off as he will direct an aggressive, confrontational approach. FCA/FOS are funded by the state, it doesnt make sense to take on the big gorilla. There is a saying in the market, dont fight the Fed. Amigo isnt a big co. it cant fight the FCA and FOS and win

you omitted to say that the shorter pays to be short as against the opportunity cost of the longs and for that reason when you see the shorts en mass you better check, recheck and recheck again your analysis as they are on average the smartest group in the market because they pay every day in cash to hold their position. They also have to worry about daily callback! The shorts always give the longs notice but they never listen anyway.

do not play this stock if you don't understand the numbers thats my best possible advise. Right now its cheap for a very good reason. I do respect anyone who does their own research and I have put out lots of points that have never once been correctly challenged. Some have tried but got confused and clear they don't understand the accounts. I have never misled anyone. I said it should have gone to 1p for technical reasons, stand by that and I think its not over yet. I find it impossible to second guess retail because they trade on apparent cheapness and emotion and as I said many times this is being passed around by retail so god knows where it ends up. However I do know how to look at the financials, I have a masters degree in financial analysis and I know when the financial numbers don't add up and I am 100% confident that JBs plan cannot be executed by Amigo. They are fighting for their lives, just look at the cashflow statement. Its there in black and white. im not trying to scare anyone but for christs sake open the accounts and look for yourself.

G3E according to Bloom have 178.7M gross debt, 0.3M cash, cash from operations of 4.1M and a market cap of 13m. Bloom says their Chinese gas producing assets suspended as receivers are in. I dont mean to be harsh and I hope you are not long but it looks over to me, unless there is some imminent natural resource find in the background. I just noticed the VSA target of 93p was posted 30/9/19 so that probably meaningless but I have never heard of VSA. Dont know their major shareholders either, Green Dragon 55% and Clermont 23%

I am thinking about covering but I genuinely believe if JB gets in it goes much lower as I dont believe his plan works and I have based this on a thorough look at the numbers which I have confirmed. If he doesn't get it in then it rallies and will rally even more if he also confirms that he is gone for good. I dont like these unpredictable binary situations but the huge positive bias on this board emboldens me as you never make money with the crowd and what is 100% clear is that retail is very very long. You always got to ask yourself who is the fool that is going to wake up and take you out at 20-30-50p when the world and his granny had loads of opportunity to buy below 15p

That is total garbage. Right now on Bloomberg I can see that DB increased their shareholding by 29,281 shares to 120,771 on 13/7/20. Any I could give many many more example. You are spouting garbage.

VSA capital have a 93p target. Current Mkt Cap 13.2M. Serves oil and gas industry in China and focuses on production and sale of coal bed methane. whatever that is. Average trading vol over past year 207K shares daily. Today 326K shares and 831k on Friday at 8p, its nothing. When you are at £13m market cap its a pure punt. I dont know anything about it but I can see that Cayman Island courts have delayed winding up hearing. Looking at financials a waste of time as its gone past that stage from what I see. good luck with it

I never once said it was going to 1p, not once. I said IT SHOULD GO TO 1p (I think I even said 0.5p) and I explained why I didnt know whether it would get there or not. I think the phrase I used was I couldnt second guess the headless chickens. If your going to quote me do it accurately

i never said you did but you do need to read the financial statements and i would particularly draw your attention to the cashflow statement. Everything else can be played but cash is cash in every language.
