Seems like a few large repositioning trades have been going on today! Sometimes that means an RNS comes out in the next few trading days to explain who’s sold or bought a large quantity! It’s always interesting when you see large sells as obviously there has to be a buyer on the other side of the trade.

Some large sells going through which of course means someone is picking them up! Any news that may come out in the next few weeks hopefully will turn around the momentum of this share price to the positive! It would be about time for all that have held out especially this year which has been disappointing to say the least! A positive 2023 to all invested here.

I don’t know if anyone else has noticed but over the last few trading days there has been a lot of buying going on! All for it of course as previously not much activity at all!, hopefully someone knows something we don’t and is creeping under the radar to stock up,any potential good news that will get this share to go up is just fine by me being substantially down on what should have been a decent stock! Keep up the buying mystery buyer and fingers crossed.

SD stated that he wants to list on the Australian bourse but sees London as the main listing due to better liquidity and access to capital! He is not then likely to be delisting from LSE as some here seem to be suggesting.

Gold sovereigns current gold price you can get is£335 and half that for the others, have bought and sold them for years and have kept a fair few hundred myself! I am like yourself very badly underwater with my HUM shares but hopefully a turnaround will occur next year! Good luck to all investors on here.

I wonder now if newcrests plan is to release the feasibility report at the end of the year and indicate higher than previously forecasted inflationary increases in cost of production etc in order to give our share price a kick down and then make an offer for the company, I normally would not have thought this but the strange refusal to take up the offered 5% makes little sense to me as $50 million is already accounted for as a loan and therefore only $10 million in fresh funds funds would be required! I do not believe the comment that they made about the $60million being better employed elsewhere.

I didn’t realise that was the case, I mentioned what I did having seen far too many people getting verbally attacked when expressing their own views! If you check my previous postings you will note that not only am I a substantial (7 figure shareholder) but am extremely positive regards the potential of the company’s future. I am however a realist and having been in business for 40 years know how these things get played. Hopefully this clarifies the matter? I do however thank you for for pointing out to me how things can get lost in translation .

I have been reading various comments speculating and discussing the potential of newcrest placing a takeover bid for the soon to be 25% of haverion that they don’t yet own, I personally cannot see any advantage to them to do so simply because they have acquired very cheaply a 75% controlling share and will know that in order to acquire the remaining 25% it would cost them a very large sum indeed! They control all the infrastructure, people and plant, if you were in that controlling position why would you pay a very high price merely to acquire a minority share? Before anybody shouts me down or calls me names I would like to say that I am very well invested in this company and want the share price to achieve a multiple of what it is now and I don’ t care how it’s done but fail to see a takeover from newcrest coming any time soon, I don’t mind being proven wrong if it achieves the desired result.

Something that I have nev Got my head around, you see derampers and people putting negative postings around particular shares when you have to ask, why are you saying these things if you are invested in that particular share? If you are not then why bother as it serves absolutely no purpose as presumably you have no skin in the game and therefore nothing to gain!! Maybe just sour grapes?

The federal reserve will be increasing interest rates by at least 3/4% points next week, gold is priced in dollars which will reduce the price of gold further.

Good morning to all, my third post on here and my last until further positive news, I have done my bit and topped up with another 400,000 plus 100,000 shares as apart from the usual share gyrations I see this share having a positive upside in the coming 18 months plus! Good luck everybody.

I’m trying to work out if you are saying the question was asked about SD staying in London and him giving an answer or were you posing a hypothetical question and answer ? Can you clarify please as it’s not clear to me.

I don’t normally post on bulletin boards however I suspect the share price has been drifting for a good period of time not because anything is wrong with the company but that the market in general is on a downer, when something firm hits the screens re. The 5% or another further large increase in mineral resources then a floor should be found very quickly! I have put my money where my mouth is today and topped up with 350,000 shares, it takes me well into the seven figure shareholding and I can only hope that I am correct as still underwater financially with these, I am however confident that in 18 months or so not only will we all be in profit but we will be congratulating ourselves that we had the confidence to hang on.

Sold at £8.61 and returned to the fold with an average purchase price of £7.80. Will probably go lower in the near term but looking forward 1 year they should be around the £10 mark in my humble opinion. I have absolute confidence in this stock and am happy to average down and increase my shareholding going forward, compared to the tech stocks which are grossly overpriced! Which would you prefer to have your money in? these gold and silver mining stocks are unloved and therefore undervalued, seems the correct time to get invested, time will tell of course but for me when the good news comes out in 2020 from this company then I will hope to profit from the upside that is due! Anyone agree or am I a lone voice?
